Biography:
A failed clone of Hikaru.
Back when K2323 and Kai introduced their sons. Instead of simply having a daughter. Hikaru cloned herself instead, using magic. However Hikari was a failed clone, as she didn't resemble Hikaru at all. Hikari was more... kind. Which in truth did resemble Hikaru, but Hikaru refused to admit this. Therefore she did away with Hikari, in other words killed her.
Because of the fact that Hikari didn't have the time, or much the will to sin, yet because of being a clone of Hikaru, inheirtited her sins. The judges of Purgatory then, didn't know what to do with her, as she wasn't a sinner. But yet had sins to existance. Finally, she was sent to heaven.
Because of being a failed clone, and Hikaru's own fears of Hikari being an evil clone and turning, Hikari does not hold the powers of a phoenix. She has the DNA, but it's dormant, and mostly dead, except for excelled healing. Therefore in heaven, as an angel, Hikari has trained in mostly divine magic, and has erased any sins that were an inheiritance, creating her own life, seperate of her mothers.
She has now been sent down with Eli (When Hawkeye fucking creates him,) as a bodyguard/babysitter of sorts.
Her personality is very much unlike her mothers. As it was described before, she has shows kindness, as her mother hides it. She's helpful, and likes to be of assistance, where her mother doesn't. She also likes her uncles. In fact, for being a clone, she's the exact opposite. The only one trait she shares with her mother in personality, is the hate for the Anrufe. And wanting to stop them. But for very different reasons.
Weapons: An Archaic dagger for defense, made of the same material as her mothers katana. And a spellbook of divine magic, in other words, heavens magic. And last, a quartz crystal to use as a power amplifier.

Appearance:
Unlike her mother, Hikari has opted to appear as a teenager in age.
Her hair is pink like her mothers, but again, unlike her mother, she has grown it out, to about shoulder length.
Also the opposite of Hikaru, where Hikaru wears a maroon cloak. Hikaru wears a dark violet cloak, and angelic robes underneath of white.
