Eli Xenos
« on: December 29, 2009, 10:06:20 PM »
Name: Eli Xenos
Age: Looks 8.
Race: Angel Sage
Alliance: Heaven
Biography: Eli is sent from heaven to keep Koty in check and to spread peace, love, harmony, purity, etc.

Because of the fact of Koty being unsealed. The higher ups of Heaven were forced to act. By taking the force of hope, and incarnating it into a being. They hoped that Eli would keep Koty in check and from destroying anyone. That way Heaven wouldn't be blamed for anything going on in the realm of living, as it was technically their and Hell's responsibility. The being was the child, "Believe," or B"Eli"eve

Eli is therefore the embodiment of hope, and thus a force not equal, but almost equal to Koty's.

His Abilities include, many, but the most important would be:
His ability to amplify the power of anyone he is around, just by being with them. Due to the special energy that flows from him, the energy of "Hope."
His ability to lighten darkened and cold hearts with purity. And to change them, if they're open to it. (Doesn't always work if they're too far gone.)
And his ability to see through lies, aka illusions.

He has more, but have not been unlocked for him to use as of yet.

His personality is one of being dutiful but kind. To the evil he reaches out, despite being made for the purpose of keeping Koty in check, he seeks Koty as a friend, believing that Heaven has judged too hard. He also see's Lucifer as not being a lost cause, and hopes to change the hearts of Hell as well. But if the need be, he will do the task assigned to him.
Weapons: None
Equipment: None
Magic Level: 5.5
Force Level: 0
Appearance:
The most prominant and dominating feature of Eli is first his eyes. Wide, and full of life, the first thing you would notice is the color. As he is heterocrhomic, the right is a sky blue of the deepest purity, and the left is a earthly magical green.
For the most part, other than his eyes, he's a normal child, standing at 3'9 and slim, his hair is a sunset dirty-blonde color, and his clothes consist of  angelic white robes, with an off-tan cloak as disguise to fit in with the world below.

(Hikaru's character idea but she doesn't play boys so she gave it to me)

Really, really bad choice as for who to give the character to. He'll be dead by the end of the week.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

He has a point... Actually Hawkeye, I apologize, but I think I change my mind. The character was too high of lvl in symbolism, to give to you to play. Considering your track record for characters living.
I figured if I didn't give it to you though...since it's weird playing the opposite gender. I thought it'd be another idea to sit in the back of my imagination to be never used.
However, maybe that's best. As you wouldn't play the character right.

Make whatever changes you want to the character, Nisorin. That was just thought up on the spot.

Also, the force of Hope couldn't even compare to Koty..

Koty is literally the ultimate evil, the primary antagonist. What are you gonna do? Hope he'll kill you swiftly?

Use hope as an emotion to fuel their magic, use it as a psychological tactic to improve the performance of a fighting unit. After all, a platoon of soldiers with high hopes of completing their objective would be a great deal more able to complete said objective than a platoon that believes the objective unreachable, or his/her situation hopeless. Plus, since his is a sort of divine magic from what I understand, as well as his alliance to heaven and his racial status as an Angelic Sage, his powers would be an exact opposite to Koty's, giving them the ability to counteract Koty's magic by negating it.

Koty isn't demonic, he may be evil but he isn't a demon. Demons are fallen angels, Koty is a God.

That uses dark/corruptive magic, correct?

He uses whatever magic he wants to, it's not like he is limited. Hell, he's able to mimic other's magic just by coming into contact with it.

About the hope thing, there could be overconfidence. Plus, hopes can become nonexistent in a battle very quickly, which is demoralization. There's no such thing as 'getting used to the stress from battle'. Anyway, there won't be an exact opposite to Koty, then?

Everything has to have an opposite. Koty as well. To not have an opposite, would be godmodding
And by the force of hope, I mean just that. As long as there's hope in the universe/whatever. Eli exists. The whole whatever would have to end and everything hopeless for him to die.
