Agent G
« on: August 23, 2010, 02:04:55 AM »
Name: Agent G, but uses numerous Aliases and code names.
Age: Hundreds of years old, but due to being cryogenically frozen, isn't a day over 35.
Race: Stranafos Reaver
Alliance: Old Stranafos Empire
Biography: During the Tal war, people who has been given the Serum, and were thus, super powered, were referred to as Reavers. When the Stranafos saw the end coming, they had their best Reavers frozen in the underground storehouses, codenamed after Earth's alphabet. Agent G was a well-known Reaver because of the fact that he was the only one without any super ability besides his strength, intelligence, and reflexes. However, he was one of the most devastating and effective Reaver, given the title "Hyper-Lethal" because he successfully blended the three into a superb soldier, without the unique equipment most Reavers commisioned the Lab to build them. He was also a master of stealth, sneaking through Tal facilities without the proper equipment, and the grand master of Nǐ shì xìngjiāo, the combat art of the Reavers blending brutal, unleashed, no-holds-bar hand-to-hand fighting with close quarters weapon training and something that can only be described as Parkour.

Agent G has the unique ability to dim, and altogether hide, any identifying signatures he may have, whether it be through normal, technology means, or magical detection means, he's impossible to find.

Many Reavers have awoken before him to find the subject of their mission missing. They have all perished on the quest to find it. Will this legendary agent meet the same fate?
Weapons: An entire stock house of Stranafos weaponry.
Equipment: Frag grenades, EMP/stun grenades, Flashbangs, Proximity Mines, Remote Mines, and a camera device that can stick to wall to give him a better view of things and create distractions.
Magic Level: no level.
Appearance: One of Agent G's greatest strengths is his average appearance. Although he is very strong, with the clothes he wears, he looks fit, but not abnormally strong. He stands at a height believably tall, but not so tall that most people would notice. His hair is a drab brown-black color that most humans have, and his eyes are blue, his only extraordinary trait. However, he was a way of walking, of observing, that makes him just noticeable enough to distinguish him from being remarkably ordinary looking, and just plain enough to not be noticed. The two circles connected by a line mark on his neck has faded just enough to catch your eye if you look at it at a glance.

The man is the perfect killing machine-spy, you forget him as soon as you see him.

Agent G?
What no code  number? Or any other distinguishing factors?
There is only so much pain that can be taken before the bonds and chains of sanity are forsaken
It is in these lonesome times that we reach towards the light sublime
And from that light we pull the resolution of our time
To begin the end and start anew

It better not be close to Half Life, or that's considered too close to a rip.

I've read bits and peices. It looks to be derived from the G-Man, not a rip.

Let me clear something up.

First off, some of you think the Summoner is a KH rip. The image I originally used for him was KH, and I know it, but the character himself is completely original, any resemblance is coincidence.

Secondly, this character is COMPLETELY original. He was inspired by Sam Fisher, the splinter cell, but it was only in an inspiration. This ISN'T half life rip. He's agent G for a reason.

Sorry. But I hate it when I get accused of rips. Especially when I worked hard on a character like this.

Sorry. I was only going by what they were saying. He said Half Life, I and then said Gman, so I didn't know. Anyways.... For the request its self.

Quote
Agent G has had encounters with powerful magic users, and him not having magic didn't hinder his abilities to successfully kill them. Magic users who know he's there will notice a mysterious ability to make his magic signature disappear. Maybe it's because he doesn't use magic, maybe it's because of the Serum, or maybe it's his Serum-given ability.

If he doesn't have magic he wouldn't have a magic signature to begin with. There are OTHER signatures that define a person to be able to sense. Spirit Signature, Energy Signature... Signature from my understanding usually just means 'their presence."

And...
Magic users wouldn't find that mysterious. A magic user can mask/suppress their signature so it's not sensed/they seem mortal. There's also magic Displacement Fields of Movement, Sound, Light, Energy,Location, etc. Complete of all of them, or just separate ones. So it's.... not really 'mysterious.'

Also...
Quote
you forget him as soon as you see him.
^Is that literal? If so, I have to call you out as you can't make someone forget without a spell or tech to do so...If it's not literal, forgive my stupidity.

I wasn't accusing you of a rip. :P I have no clue about Half-life, and don't particularly care either.  I was just saying that there didn't seem to be much personality in it. :P No personality character.

To the magic signature,

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought every being, even non magical ones, had a magical signature. I'll edit to clear this up. It would have been mysterious because I thought dimming your signature was a magical process, and G doesn't have magic, so yeah.

As for forgetting him,

Not completely literal. I just mean if you see him every day life, pass him on the street, see him walking or in an elevator, he's so completely normal you'll forget about him, unless you see him doing something out of the ordinary, but even than, you might not remember his face. It's a psychological thing.

Ha ha, that's the point. The Reavers are made to be killing machines, and this one in particular.

I approve.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.
