An enormous portal appeared. It shined a very bright white. For a minute, it just floated in empty space, doing nothing. But, gradually, a smooth edge poked out, and slowly the white sphere, Xap's Maan, slid out. It cleared the white portal entirely, drifting, exactly, to the place it had been formally. The shipyard on it's surface was busy. Slowly, but surely, a familiar planet made it's way through the portal. Slowly, but surely, it made it's way to it's rightful spot in the Saeculum Galaxy.
The Paxans were back after about two weeks. But for them, a little under two years have passed.
