Okay, I'm getting started on this now because if I don't then I never will.
This is both a planet, tech, race/possible character, and empire request. Further requests will be placed in the appropriate areas but the first ones are gonna be here. It's going to be long.
Empire Name: The Empire of Ferrari
Primary Race: It's primary races are the Smiths and the Mercers. And theres some zombie slaves but I don't think they count.
Empire Description: The empire was created by C'thulhu who convinced the two races to serve him with promises of power and ultimate domination.
Additional Information: It is a Capitalistic-Commune in that while it's government is strictly Communist it's economy is Capitalistic, in that there is but one leader and that is C'thulhu.
Territories: The entire planet of Ferrari.

The Smiths:
Smiths are humanoid creatures with an extreme affinity for creating and upgrading. The reason they're called Smiths is because on their planet they have constructed many huge metal working factories in which they create most of their weapons, armor, and technology. Smiths have super-human strength and extremly hard scales covering their body strong enough to stop a .300 caliber bullet, hence the reason all their weapons from pistols to shot guns are always over .300.

Religion: Less of a religion and more of a simple truth they believe in Gakka. Gakka being Smith slang for rapid fire capability, based on the onomatopoeia for automatic guns shooting. They beleive that you need moar of it. No exceptions.

An example of a small amount of Gakka.

Powers/Magic Abilities: Smiths have two hearts making them even harder to kill, and can turn a hunk of metal into a working gun in a matter of minutes. They also have a mild control over fire able to radiate enough heat from thier palms that they can melt the metal they use to construct thier weapons and other such things.

Alright.

RQ: Cont...

Mercers:
Robotic beings that stand at an average of twelve feet tell. They came through a dimensional warp on one of their ships, The Obliterator, and crash landed on Ferrari 1,000 years ago. When they were discovered by the Smiths they were all but revered as gods, since then the Smiths and the Mercers have lived in a sybiotic relationship with the Smiths acting as a sort of pit crew for the Mercers and the
Mercers providing Smiths with new tech and have since then multiplied to be very numerous upon the planet Ferrari.

Religion: They, The Mercers, beleive that we should all be unique, and as such it is almost impossible to find two Mercers that look exactly alike.

Abilities/Magical Powers: Aside from being fucking giants they are extremely good warriors, which kinda makes sense their life kinda revokves around it. they're kinda like robot spartans to be honest. They are made completly of metal but are an oddity seing as they have souls and reproduce via sexual intercourse. They also have minimal shapeshifting abilities, being able to turn thier arms or legs, etc into anything from weapons to wheels to jetpacks....so long as they've had those components built into them.

Appearance: They kinda look like Bionicles.

Ferrari: Ferrari is the home planet of the Smiths and was at one point a very lush rich world, now however it has become an indusrialists dream, with only a few sections of plant life left. About fifty years ago it came under control of ~~C'thul~~ Ra' Kath and since then become very prosperous. The people of Ferrari are extremly devoted to their Emperor, Ra' Kath. They revere him as a god and would do anything for him.

No, names can be a rip off just as much as ideas and concepts, if its not a common name.

Hikaru is a rip you know, as it's in multiple series, if you follow that logic we can't use any name that has every been used, unless it's very original..like Hipananinkaitatitity.

I know that theres some anime show with a main character named Hikaru.

RQC:
Tech: Seeing as how the Smiths update thier weaponry after every little skirmish or fight there are many variations of these weapons that are specific to a region of Ferrari, however these are the standards.

.357 pistol: An average Smith Pistol, capabable of tearing through most targets like shit through a goose. It looks like your avaerage Magnum except huge.

DW23: A Smith caliber Sub-Machine Gun capable of firing 50 shots per second on full auto. It is retro fitted with a Hammerspace ammo clip that holds 340 rounds.

Shoggoths/Shoggoth Power Armor: An extremly advanced peice of equipment, it is normally warn by Ra' Kath's elite guard, The Shoggoths (hence the name). It enhances the wearers strength twelve fold an and is nearly indestructible, The only thing capable of surviving a nuclear blast. However being extremly expensive to make there are only seven of them in the universe. It's wearer must go through many years of training before they are even allowed to look at it and several more before they can wear it. Then they are put through surgery to be given an extra heart, and another lung that is capable of filtering all sorts of toxins from the air they are breathing, and a skin implant that allows them to interface directly with the suit.

Actually, that wouldn't matter, the whole channel thing. Not a lot of anime is shown on TV, far as I know. As for the lego, I've never heard of it. In any case, lets not post too much more in here. It is Cthulhu's topic, after all.
