The Sons of Plunder Return
« on: September 14, 2010, 05:24:12 PM »
Once a small mercenary band of teenagers, the Sons of Plunder started looking to the skies. Tired of their nomadic lives, they began weaving webs of political and social intrigue within the Starclan. Taking it from the inside out, with the aid of various political allies, the merc band rose to the ruling council of the newly restored Reloria. Now, with the revelation of corruption within even the Aralangs, the Sons of Plunder have gathered together once more, rolling up their sleeves and spreading out from their political, military and scientific offices. Lead by the Lertises, the Sons have relinquished their affiliation with the Relorian Empire beyond the occupational history of its members. Unlike their restored empire, the Sons have little qualms unleashing hybrid weapons of technology, magic and psionics on their foes. While barely numbering enough to populate an average town, their goals are large and ambitious. As of yet, they've issued no reports regarding their separation from Reloria.

Taking with them the Tempora systems, they've been modified to accommodate the new Metamorphosed physiology, as well as control via Sierrensa techniques. Most are unsure of where they get the materials for these modifications, though some believe they have been using excess materials from the Relorian Empire.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

Heh, no one said anything about dogooders. They just have an agenda that needs the Aralangs to shape up a bit, that's all.
