Alright, considering that the R()()T-Implementer is 30ish years old and that he started the Plutonian Empire at 9 (using tech he knew due to the Scorpio colony). He has had a lot of time to make his empire the way in which he did.
He has used the technology “Planetary motion system or SMS†and “spherical molecular relocation device†in conjunction with his Mechanation’s sheer man power. To move Pluto and its satellites into the Kuiper belt and combine other Kuiper objects into the compositions of the Planet and three moons. Thus increasing their size.
The RSE component of Pluto, Charon, Nix, and Hydra is located in the 95% of their composition under their planetary crust.
Even though this helps my RP in the case of the Plutonian Empire this is just an elaborate attempt to metaphorically stick it to the IAU which by making these qualifications to be a planet exempted Pluto from being a plant…
1. The object must be in orbit around the Sun.
2. The object must be massive enough to be a sphere by its own gravitational force. More specifically, its own gravity should pull it into a shape of hydrostatic equilibrium.
3. It must have cleared the neighbourhood around its orbit.
I know this RP has little to do with reality… but let me have my pseudo-justice >.>
On a side note: I chose Pluto also because I have been “plutoed†a great many times in my life time and because from 6-9 years old I thought I was from Pluto and made sure to tell everyone I knew that “factâ€. (Ask anyone who knew me at that time which being off the top of my head would be Richard Spencer, Daylyn (pronounced Die a lyn) Spencer AKA Die Die, Nicolas Spencer, Devon Spencer, Becky Spencer, Zack Fowler, Mary Ann Fowler, Bonnie Eden, Connie Eden, Deborah Eden, Robert Miller, Jeremiah Miller AKA Bubba, Tyler Shur, Stephaney Shur, and that old Mormon lady next door who preached at me about it… well Chastised or scolded would be a better word for it..)
