Name: Alexandere D. Decadea
Age: Unknown
Race: Belkan-Human Half Breed
Alliance: The Worlds Without Boundaries
Biography: Born to a Belkan Father and a Human Mother on Earth, he was training in martial arts as a 10th Degree Black Belt. He soon established himself a military career in the ISAF. After many years he was promoted to the rank of Lt. Commander. He served under LCmndr M.Tepper most of his career in ISAF High Command. He is a veteran of many battle and Wars that the ISAF fought and has a Glassing record of 179 Planets. He was awarded teh ISAF Congressional Medal of Honor in 2025 and has a Kill rating better than that of most ISAF SF Units.

   During the first Belkan war, he had seen the horors of war and what Division can do to the world and the Dimention as a whole. He is know for his famous speech made after the end of the first Belkan War. "Look around you brothers. Look at this war! What has War given us!?!? Do you see any borders from up here? What have borders given us? Did you know...there are 3 types of men. Those who seek strength, Those who seek pride, and those who can read the tide of battle...those are the three. And today, here at Avalon, We will strat over from scratch. With this V-2 we will start from Zero...And No one. NO ONE!!! Will stand in our way!!! Here me Brothers of the Belkan way, Heed my call!!!!!!!!"

   He Took over the WWB after the Fall of the ISAF which in turn made him very wealthy...He wears a Rank insignia like Tepper's with the exception that its not incrusted with diamonds. signifying that he was a Lt. Cmndr but not The Lt. Cmndr. He spends most of his time enjoying life or planning the fall of a government and rarely ever talks to people outside of teh WWB... In addition to his task as leader of the WWB, he is a Zarethian Diplomat. He holds the position as Forgein Embassy Adminastrator. He ussualy gets by with his Diplomatic immunity when attacks from the WWb occur. He is good friends with Mark Tepper.

He's right, to a point. I used to be worse than Hawkeye, now look at me. And I've still got a long way to go, just to get to where I'm satisfied. Just add maybe another paragraph, maybe about how she came to join the WWB, or about some defining moment in her life.
