Here's a good portion of the Phoenix "magic," abilities.
I used the same format as K2 did for his spell book, to keep the pattern. But changed or added a few things, such as "Race Specific, or Last Resort," spell type.
Phoenix Abilities
(Not a magic persay, but the innate abilities that come with being a Phoenix, (aka having the DNA of the Phoenix race.) Deriving from the myths and legends of Phoenix's, they take after them in abilities, but appear human-like.)
Fire Manipulation
(Just as a Phoenix in legend is the bird of flames. The Phoenix race's most common abilitiy is the manipulation of fire. But unlike other sorcerers, they don't just use the normal fire, the popular black fire, or the other types of fire that mages have created. But can take another substance and create a fire from it. Such as rock, creating a stone type fire. Ice, an ice, fire, and so on. This is what makes their fire special compared to the usual fire types.)
Spell Name: Holy Fire
Spell Level: Moderately Advanced
Type Of Magic: Fire Manipulation
Spell Description: Fire in it's hottest, and purest form. This fire will burn regular fire, black fire, and any other fire and water types under it. Very strong against unholy types of fire and water, but weak against Holy Water. Usually takes a pure golden color, like that of gold melted into a flame.
Counter Spell: Holy Water
Notable Examples: Hikaru
Spell Name: Ice Fire
Spell Level: Experienced Only
Type Of Magic: Fire Manipulation
Spell Description: By taking the element of ice and/or Holy Ice, those with the ability of fire manipulation can change it's form to that of Ice Fire. This fire is light blue in color, like that of ice and is both burning and freezing at the same time.
Counter Spell: N/A
Notable Examples: Hikaru (Battle at Sprok)
Spell Name: Stone Fire
Spell Level: Experienced Only
Type Of Magic: Fire Manipulation
Spell Description: By taking the element of ground or stone, those with the ability of fire manipulation can change it's form to that of Stone Fire. This fire is usually gray or tan in color. Because of having both elements, Stone Fire is both burning hot, and solid/hard at the same time. If it encases someone or something, that object will be encased into a stony form but hold the burning of fire, and the person will usually melt if they don't suffocate first.

Spell Name: Air Fire
Spell Level: Experienced Only
Type Of Magic: Fire Manipulation
Spell Description: By taking the element of wind and air, those with the ability of fire manipulation can change it's form to that of Air Fire. This fire is a bit harder to explain unlike the rest. As air has no tangible form, neither does Air Fire. But because it's fire as well, it will burn and destroy. Having no form, it can't be touched/blocked through material shields and objects, and will burn whatever it goes through. However it can be blocked by magic. Also, just as air can become harsh and stronger, so can Air Fire. It can be cast as a mere breeze, or a full out non-tangible tornado of fire.

Spell Name: Blood Fire
Spell Level: Experienced Only
Type Of Magic: Fire Manipulation
Spell Description: Unlike Fire Manipulation of element substances. Blood fire is formed from using the substance of blood, usually the casters own. Taking the color of either bright scarlet or deep maroon flames, it's effect is of a different kind. Because blood has many properties and uses in magic, such as contracts, rituals, and higher-powered spells. Blood fire is used to sever those. Blood fire's main use is destroying other types of blood. If blood contracted, it can burn the contract and burn off a blood ritual. If in contact with another's blood through a cut or such, it will boil it, seep in, and spread throughout the veins.

Spell Name: Soul Fire
Spell Level: Experienced Only
Type Of Magic: Fire Manipulation
Spell Description: By taking souls, and using the ability of fire manipulation. A fire known as Soul Fire can be created. Unlike elemental fire, this fire will burn souls and drain the magic within them as well as put the victim in immense pain as they are connected to it. However the caster does not use their own soul, but the souls they've collected or contracted. Like Spirit Fire, it can burn through anything of the opponent, to their soul. But unlike Spirit Fire, will not kill the caster. The weaker the soul used to form it, the weaker the Soul Fire. Therefore if you were to use a soul of say, the Star Clan or a lvl1 mage, you can only drain a bit of magic. This is why multiple souls combined is recommended.

Spell Name: Elemental Fire
Spell Level: Elite
Type Of Magic: Fire Manipulation
Spell Description: By taking the four elemental fire types, Holy Fire (to replace normal fire,) Ice Fire, Stone Fire, and Air Fire. The caster can combine them into an elemental fire, that will usually take the form of a phoenix bird, in color of the 4 types. With the effects of all 4, burning, freezing, enclosing, and non-tangible, this bird is a sepll to be reckoned with. (Note: Other forms of fire can be combined, however they would form a name less fire phoenix.)

(Other: Because of the Fire Manipulation ability, there are basically as many fire types as there are substances in the world. And only the most used, or main ones have been posted. Understanding the concept though, many others exist and can be used. Such as Plasmic Fire, Lightning Fire, or even as random as pudding fire, if it exists, it can be combined. With this concept, the fire will then take both the substances effect and sometimes form, as well as the fires main effect. Use your imagination.)
Fire - Other
Spell Name: Fire Threads
Spell Level: Moderate
Type Of Magic: Fire
Spell Description: Using any form of fire, as discussed above. The caster can call out threads, to bind or do whatever, with the effects of the fire form used.
Counter Spell: N/A
Notable Examples: N/A
Spell Name: Materialization Fire
Spell Level: Novice
Type Of Magic: Fire
Spell Description: Self explanatory, materialize fire to take the form of whatever the casters so chooses. Examples, Fire Sword.
Counter Spell: N/A
Notable Examples: N/A
Spell Name: Astral Fire
Spell Level: Elite
Type Of Magic: Fire
Spell Description: This is not a substance, and therefore would not be under Fire Manipulation, however it is a form of fire. Having the odd effect of disintegrating or fading anything out of existence of whatever it comes in contact with (except the caster.) It's creation is from taking ones own mortality into a form. By taking a year or more (the more years, the stronger the effect,) off their life, the caster can create nothing fire. Therefore only a Phoenix or an immortal that KNOWS they're never going to lose their magic and die, can use this fire. However... if the caster were to die when using it, it takes years of their life in a permanent sense, their spirit years. Therefore however many years they've taken off their life, will take off how long they EXIST (even in the after-life.) But this is only if the caster loses their soul and magic. If they die but retain their soul and magic within them in the after-life, this will not effect, even if owned by another, as long as at least ONE DROP of magic is still within them. If taken and reduced to mortal in death, however... the caster is literally screwed. This fire is invisible, and can only be seen by the caster.

Spell Name: Celestial Fire
Spell Level: Elite
Type of Magic: Fire Manipulaion
Spell Description: An imitation of the pwerful godfire, not equal in power, but close as you can possibly get without being one able to use it. Usually takes a celestial hue, that of a nebula with magenda, lilac and cyan mixed.
Counter Spell: N/A
Notable Examples: Hikaru (In imitation of Koty)
Healing
Spell Name: Fire Immunity
Spell Level: Race-Specific
Type Of Magic: Healing
Spell Description: Because a Phoenix basically lives fire, and uses fire, they have a certain immunity to regular fire, holy fire, and any of their own formed fire. However this immunity does not count towards black fire, or any other known Sorcerer-made types of fire. And if another were to gain the DNA of a Phoenix, but not be of the race, and use the Fire Manipulation Ability, this immunity would not count towards it.

Spell Name: Rapid Healing
Spell Level: Race-Specific
Type Of Magic: Healing
Spell Description: As Phoenix's in legend are known to be birds to rise from the ashes, and suffer no damage, the Phoenix race experiences the same, somewhat. Suffering no damage is exaggerated, and really it's just more rapid healing from attacks. But the attack has to be mortal and non magic, such as being stabbed, or such. For magic attacks, the automatic healing is faster, but doesn't happen automatically like that of mortal attacks. It's just a slightly faster healing, which any mage can cast anyways.

Spell Name: Immortality
Spell Level: Race-Specific
Type Of Magic: Healing
Spell Description: Immortality, the ability to never die. Unlike popular belief where a person CAN'T die. Immortality for a Phoenix is where they can die, but not a mortal death. If death by mortal spells, or mortal attack, they will Re-incarnate. However, if what kills them somehow winds them without their soul/magic they will die and go to the after-life. To Re-incarnate they need to either have either their soul, or be killed without it effecting their magic or spirit. Like the bird of flames in popular legend, the re-incarnated form will rise from the ashes of dying, but take the age of 5 with no memory.
Unlike your usual immortality, however. A Phoenix's re-incarnation is true, and therefore the age they are brought back as re-starts the clock of aging. So unlike a Sage who would die of old age if they lost their magic/soul for more than 24 hours, a Phoenix would not die of old age if they had been brought back recently, or they were still in mortal years. Therefore dying of old age is unknown to a Phoenix, unless they have lived thousands of years without re-incarnating in a span of mortal years, and have lost their magic for more than 24 hours (thus aged a day with no magic.)
