There was once a man named Gol F. Seina, who was the grand champion of SPTCG. Every person he went to war with had crumbled to nothingness under the powerful might of his cards. Every tournament that was grace with his presence, each and every duelist was crush by his unstoppable strategies.
But one day, on October 5th, 2010, after another grand winning of another world SPTCG tournament, Gol died in a horrid car accident on his way home. Ever since, the scramble for utter power of the SPTCG world erupted to thousands of tournaments, street wars (War as in duel, not actual... you know.), and campaigns.
And now you have opened a countless number of booster packs, almost absolutely sure that you have at least 4 of every card from the beginning series. You have sworn a goal, to be the best of all SPTCG players, to surpass Gold F Seina, and shake the game's foundations of where it stands.
Or your goal may be different. Perhaps you've decided to play SPTCG for fun, or to show someone something about you that they haven't seen yet. No matter your goal, you are all united by a single thing; you are all duelists of SPTCG, and you will triumph one way or another.
Gol F. Seina once said, "To be a great duelist, you only have to love, and believe in yourself, and believe in the deck that you've created. Once you do that, you will rise to glory."
Whatever your goal, you only need to build a deck to get out there.
Yes, that is seriously the back story. We should have some pretty awesome RP duels with it.
So until the child board is created, this is where decks will be constructed. The only rules in building a deck is as follows:
-You can have a minimum of 40 cards in a deck, and a maximum of 80.
-You are only allowed 4 copies of each card in said deck.
To know what cards are available, head over to
http://shatteredplanes.com/index.php?topic=1734.msg17446#msg17446 to find what cards interest you, and insert them in your deck. You MAY add cards that aren't illustrated yet, just so long as
I or Lyoko222 have accepted them, and you have taken/done balancing to them. Here is the format.

Copy everything in that box. What you basically do is that you type in a name for a card after a number. Do NOT do "ultimate card x3" to symbolize that there's 3 of that card in your deck. You MUST list them as separate cards, like so:
...
27Ultimate card
28Ultimate card
29Ultimate card
...
This lets me know that
1. you can read directions
2. I know you're not trying to get in less than 40 cards or more than 80 cards.
Plus, this REALLY helps for the drawing system we have in place. So if you screw up deck building, I will deny your deck, and you will have to do it over. If you need to have more than 40 cards/brackets, add them yourself. Just do not go over 80.
Another note: You may only have 2 legendary cards in your deck. We'll be changing this from time to time, but for now, just two.
So! Build! Now! Go!
