Race: He is a Sage.
Alliance: He actually has no Alliance preffering to go solo and be a mercenary for hire. He never takes contracts he knows he will never succeed at.
Biography: At age 4, He was kidnapped by mercenaries who taught him their trade and how to kill. He then got his first assignment which was to kill Laura and it was paid for by the White Mages. However at some point he failed to kill Laura causing his down fall. The White Mages all teamed up against him and stripped him of his memories of working for them. On a journey he re-discovered his memories and then discovered that Laura had wiped them all out of existence. He however knew where all their magical items were and in order to allow himself to found his own empire, he used their items to create his own pocket dimension. However he discovered the counter powers to Negion known as Retribution and uses those a lot. He has gathered together sages who were locked away and viewed as common criminals and began training them to be his army. He has 300,000 Sages currently at his disposal.
Weapons: Hand and a Half Sword. Sage Gun (Stolen) He in addition wields a stave which he has tied his powers of Retribution into partially so even if you take his soul, he can still use Retribution as he has stored a lot of energy of Retribution into his staff, sword and Sage Gun.

Retribution
Since Negion was originally used for Benevolent purposes Retribution is the opposite of Negion and only those with evil in their heart or who have stopped feelings of regret and remorse after killing people can use this ability. In addition though, this power has many more innate abilities than that of Negion to make up for the fact the power itself is weaker than Negion. This is only used for destruction though and as such the innate abilities are mainly for destruction.
Innate Abilities
Metal Control and Manipulation
Metal Extension (They can make metal grow out of their body as weapons)
Metal Shield (Forms a shield comprised of two wings around them)
Rustic - They can rust Metal with a thought.
Earth Control and Manipulation, They can draw any substance they want from planetary ground without any adverse side affects.
Self Heal They may be slow at this, but they can heal themselves. The time depends on the severity of the injury. Any minor injuries heal quickly.
Energy Control and Manipulation : They can use energy and change it into any form of energy they wish. However they can’t simply make energy fade from existence.
Energy Storage
Each of the Retribution users has their own pocket dimension in which they can store energy that is manipulated or otherwise altered by them for their own use later.
