There are but only a few weapons of this nature, and most of which are developed by the Enrakni.
The Cleptisist
The Cleptisist is a telescoping knife. It has no edges, just a sharp point with a tiny hole in it. It is usually about 1 1/2 feet long, and a foot of that is the so called blade. Some are smaller. The primary purpose of this blade is stealing magic. To use it you must stab the blade in the area of the body where the most magic lies (e.g. a Sage's soal). Then it is turned on with your fingers stroking it in the direction away from the blade. The magic will be sucked out, but only the magic in that spacific area of the body. This action not only sucks out the magic, it ensures that the victim stays impaled while the transfer takes place. The victim may have a seizure when the magic is being extracted. This strategy doesn't always work though. If you want high end magic, you must buy high end Cleptisists. If you pull to much magic into a Clept, it may break. If it breaks, the magic in it will go and rest in the the last being it was used on. Cleps may also be used as bladed weapons.
