Absence
« on: November 02, 2010, 12:28:22 PM »
Sorry everyone, but we've just lost electricity. Won't say why, but because of this I will only be on if I can get to the library. We're trying to deal with this as quickly as possible, and I'll let you know how it goes.

Because of this, I will be trying to conserve as much battery power on my phone as possible. Please IM me only as an emergency if I am not signed into a computer. If in doubt, send an email.

Sorry for any problems this causes.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

*sighs* So, apparently once we get power back we won't have internet. So I'll post here when we get power, then I'll be able to post to a limited degree with my phone. After that, I'll have to see about getting either my uncle's WEP key for his router, or getting our internet back.

ALRIGHTY then everyone. We have power. I will be going downstairs tomorrow around two to get the key for my uncle's router. So, from now on, this current problem is solved, after leaving me down a good $140.

Ouch. But... at least you have power back.
There is only so much pain that can be taken before the bonds and chains of sanity are forsaken
It is in these lonesome times that we reach towards the light sublime
And from that light we pull the resolution of our time
To begin the end and start anew
