Biography: Raised by the royal council that was in charge of the Veldorians until a suitable empire could be found Cepheus did not make many friends. In fact those that he did make were under the control of the council and used to keep him from trying to go against any directive. The council in short thought they could rule him. Forcing him to go through training in the magical arts and learn how to fight with a sword,the council knew the time was coming. The time that would cause them to move back to the SP Dimension in search of their lost rulers.
But his childhood was not lacking of anything a normal child could want. No, because of his wealth he was treated extremely well at the royal academy. Yes he did earn a lot of the priveleges by helping a lot of the teachers out and by being an above average student. But still wealth was a key factor in his life. Not that he would learn about how wealthy he truly was until later on. Part of his studies dabbled in the art of Alchemy, but he is not very good at it.
In preparation training intensified and a variety of educations including those in unarmed combat were given to him specifically those of the iron fist style of martial arts so that he could defend himself effectively. In addition to that he was forced to learn other ways to manipulate energy besides magic so that he could have the advantage he would need. Yes returning to the dimension would soon occur and they wanted a prepared ruler. So in order to have a prepared ruler they decided he must be forced to learn to control all aspects of his life. A strict diet and exercise regime was applied to him so that he would get tougher when he got into his teen years.
By the end of the time he was a teenager he had burnt all of the body fat he had on his body. It had all been converted into energy for him to use. Now instead of flab he had pure muscle. His body had changed drastically and evolved no longer requiring as much food or water as a normal Veldorian, because the other portions of his DNA were going into overdrive.
To complete his training 5 additional years were spent honing his skills with the martial arts, with his weapons of choice and with his alchemy. Now he seeks to come to the SP dimension and take down all that have hurt the Veldorians in the past. But will he be successful in his quest?
Weapons: In accord with the training he was given he does not really need to use a weapon in combat as his hands are already a formidable weapon. But at the insistence of the council he has adopted two weapons that he always uses in combat situations in case the need is grim for him to have a weapon.
Burning Justice
In order to arm the emperor that would lead them into the coming battle the Veldorians did a lot of archeological digs throughout their dimension and found quite the cache of magical artifacts. One such artifact they found was the artifact known as Burning Justice. It was a glaive that had unique properties to it. The properties of this glaive allow it to be up to par with most powered weapons easily as it has ancient magics woven into it. Ancient magic that is not well known in the SP-Dimension as it was kept in the Veldorian dimension up until this point. Rumor has it that the glaive will at some point teach the wielder the ancient magic Pyres if they prove themselves worthy.
Verdict Metal Knuckles

Of course every warrior is also equipped with a 3rd weapon but for now his 3rd weapon shall remain a mystery.
Equipment: Well since he is the emperor he was given access to a pocket dimension that contains all sorts of magical and technological marvels produced by the Veldorians so that he could come into battle prepared.
