Japae needed to be moved. It was too close to the Library which meant it was too vulnerable to Archive attack and so concentrating all of their powers every Narrikian, Enhanced, Sage, and Genetic Experiment along with Veldorian worked together.
What they were doing was moving Japae to a different galaxy that would not be easily accessed. Yes they were moving it out of the Kalak Galaxy completely. This move was vital to the safety of everyone there.
Where would they move it to? They would move it near Teffilin the home of their Zarethian allies. Concentrating they began to move the planet and at the same time keep everyone on the planet from being affected by the move in a negative way. Even the older and weaker Narrikians joined in.
Panic was the main reason though that Lord Montreal had authorized this move. He did not want all of his people to die by the hand of fate. So moving the dimension of Japae was for the best in the long run anyway.

The combined magic of all the people in Japae was enough to move the entire thing, and prevent anyone there from getting hurt at all by the move. So Japae would live but be in a different location now than expected. Also the location of the black hole portal would change as well.
