Kai is godmodding in the return topic by using his magic to kill Laura in the way he did as he never could use that ability before and therefore since I didn't read about said power in the Wiki,  he can't do that.

He was gone for ages, you develop abilities when you're gone for ages. It's called behind the scenes story.

Oh and.... K2 is crazy. Hawkeye and Kai?! The top two godmodders...? WTF, neither will win, because they'll both refuse to play fair.
