Earth might've been 'reversed' to its pre-war state, but Humans weren't ready to go into space-- at least not as divided as they were. We know why Yippernia is here, we know why the HRC exists, but it was time to implement these changes-- in the stead of talking about them. Words won't get shite done, actions do.
Earth was restored in terms of its environment-- we get that. But, what about continuity in the same? Earth wasn't brand-new-- not without the YN particles, but it was healthier than it was before the industrial revolution and mainstream use of fossil fuels. "But, how will the Human receive energy?" Simple. Alistair's invention; the Orbital Elevator System.
The first elevator to be built was The Union elevator, Grand Tour. It would be built in New York City, New York, USA. The AA was supposed to have their elevator plotted and under construction first, but provisions had already been made for The Union to receive the plot and construction process before the other two Sides.
A well-decorated ship landed just outside of New York State. This craft held Hester Prynne - Yippran Leader, and Alistair Slevin - HRC Consul. Hester was the first to step out.
"Ahh," he began, exhaling. "Do you smell that, Mister Slevin? That's the smell of potential, the smell of the future."
A tired, dark-skinned, middle-aged man lagged behind Hester. "Jeez, mate. Why are you so cheery in the mornings?" Alistair asked him.
"I'm not cheery, Mister Slevin. I'm hopeful because of what is to come", came Hester's reply.
Moments later, a great deal of ships began to enter Earth's atmosphere and land. These were ships containing everything that was needed to build the Orbital Elevator.
"I represent all of Yippran Commonwealth,"Hester began. "I will not slack when it comes to helping those in need. Especially Humans."
Slevin muttered something that was covered up by all of the noise cause by the ships coming in, and the workers removing the building supplies. This was the start of humanity's reform. This was a new age for Earth. The Age of Reconstitution.
"Mister Slevin, I must go to Antarctica now-- you know why. I'll be back. Just make sure that every knows their part, and doesn't slack." And with a saluting gesture, Hester was off to the South -to Antarctica- to do what he needed to do.
He would, however, return before the completion of Grand Tour.
