A transmission, and an arrangement

To build a factory and a store on the planet earth would require precise and exact timing. It would also require making a deal with the current owners of the planet earth. So a deal would come first that would allow them to use earth as the start of selling their products. A transmission was sent from an Excalibur ship that was near the moon currently doing scans of earth.

Greetings. We wish to have one of our leaders meet with one of your leaders. Where would be a good place to do so? It was sent to the space elevator and to any communications centers on whatever government now existed on Earth.

A Searcher was in orbit as well-- one of a few that guarded Earth during the construction of the Orbital Elevators. This Searcher received the transmission first. It responded with a coded message sent towards the foreign spacecraft.

To answer the transmission sent since it had been easy for the CI team on board to decode, a simple message was sent.

First, this ship is the property of the Narrikians. Second since a planet in this galaxy has been attacked, teams of corvettes and frigates are currently patrolling this galaxy to make sure it is not the victim of any more attacks by certain groups.

The Yipprans were called 'Innovators' for a reason. That reason was not to associate with barbaric or otherwise warlike collectives. After decoding the Narrikian response, a coded message was sent back to the now-identified ship.

Worry not about Earth. We have the contingencies in place to defend it. Now, please leave Earth's orbit immediately.

The reply sent to the second coded transmission was simple.
Our leader wishes to sell some of his out dated technologies to the humans in exchange for access to the magical sites on the planet so that he can examine them personally.

The Narrikian craft began to get on the yC's nerves.

The words sent via transmission seemed irate to the crew of the Excalibur that was assigned Earth Duty. Well if this empire wished to impede their efforts, then so be it. Very well earth would be something that would require a bit of delay. So a transmission was sent.
We are leaving in a moment, but first.....

A device shot out from the cargo bay of this ship.
This machine will measure the toxicity levels on the planet earth and send reports to us. With that the ship Hsed away.

The machine was destroyed by the Searcher before it could even enter the outermost layer of Earth's atmosphere. Now, all yC craft would leave Earth. However, they'd know if any 'visitors' decided to poke their heads out. Moreover, the HRC and Sides of Earth would be more than enough to defend Earth. One thing was clear; the Narrikians weren't welcome on or around Earth. With their device destroyed, they'd know nothing of Earth's state of affairs. Earth's business pertained to the yC and HRC, not the Narrikians.

Out-of-Character: Which means, that you wouldn't know of Earth's radiation levels. We all know that you have selective reading syndrome. I'm just making it concrete.

But as they destroyed the device, it sent out a signal. Now there would be preparations made. The signal had reached the Narrikian ship before it went to hyperspace. Which meant now things would heat up in a few days after the ship's crew reported to command.
