Dimensional map.
Light blue is heaven, Green is multi-verse, Red is Hell, Violet is Erebus, Black is Nox, and Blue is Dimensional Sea. AKA Empty space filled with creational energy, Gray lines symbolize that Erebus and Nox have no permanent connection, since to get there you manually create a temporary gate way.

Every place has to be owned by someone, since the owners are the ones who foot the maintenance and upkeep costs, as well as whatever 'law enforcement' group the area has. Also, Gaserlake has already proposed a method of management in the Admin forum. We'll be discussing the particulars once people get their asses online again.

Orph can be a bit of an ass, but he can be a fair staff member, as I've seen him do on another board. I didn't mention him as a staff member possibility because I wasn't sure that he was coming back. Since it seems you are, it's definitely going to at least be discussed, but for the meantime I will let you into the Staff Discussion forum.

Yes, but the nature of the Border Line is stupid. Since it is a territory it should be able to change hands, if not it should be unowned or controlled by a small number of representatives of the Empires. Similar to the UN.

Lol. I barely have over a hundred ships in CE, and I have more than three. I have about 5 undisputed planets. Not much more, but still. I know how to admin the board in basic stuff, but still, admin a board nonetheless. I know about the plot, K2. You and I even discussed a lot about it, and roleplaying, that is beginning to change, as we make new rules, like posting orders, and such. If Orph was a mod or admin, he would get carried away with saying "Bullshit!" and puts a warn for every time someone makes him say that. You were getting out of hand with the god modding. We started enforcing it on you, then you left after that.

Anyway, I like that 'map' you made. Lol. But there's one thing. The multiverse contains everything. Shouldn't the blue be the multiverse and the green be the dimension?

Also, I agree that all locations can be taken over, even neutral areas. Neutral means that it doesn't take any sides. I could physically own Border Line. It's as if the German forces invade Switzerland in WWII.

There was a reason for that Gaser, we both got out of hand. But due to your position as an admin you never got called on it, hell half the tech you created was God modding. As well as many of the insta-kill actions you committed. And the I used the word multi-verse to describe the infinite parallel universes. And whenever I said bullshit it was when you were taking it to far.

For the multiverse, that's the point I"m trying to get. The multiverse contains everything. The blue should be the multiverse, as it contains dimensions, universes, and everything.

Funny, thats exactly what you're doing.

The multi-verse is the parallel universes, Heaven and Hell. As well as the various exiled dimensions and the dimensional sea are outside the multi-verse. But Heaven and Hell are connected to it.

The multiverse is not parallel universes. It contains parallel universes. Just imagine the multiverse as a big bubble and dimensions and universes in that bubble. That's basically what the multiverse is. Of course, there are some things outside the multiverse, but other than that, there is just a void outside the multiverse. There could be other multiverses, but let's not go that far...

It should because despite what people think A-Fields are massively advanced technology, it should require a massive amount of power. Otherwise people are gonna use them wildly like GE and CE.

Titans range from the size of the Earth to the size of Jupiter, so yeah, it would have a good field around it. Btw, I thought you meant AAAM fields can be used only from planetary stuff, lol. AM would need advanced tech, but AAM fields need very advanced tech.

Speaking of levels of tech, there should be a level of technology, from none to overwhelming.

None < very primitive < primitive < decent < advanced < very advanced < overwhelming.

There should be a balance. If you have overwhelming tech, then you should have no magic. If you have decent tech, you can have decent magic. If you have advanced tech, you can have primitive magic, ect. This does not apply to knowledge. This only applies to usage of your own race. This means that if you have overwhelming magic, you may still know how to make machine guns, thus you may construct them, but you may not use it for your own race. Same thing with tech. Even if you have overwhelming tech, you may have a lot of knowledge of magic, and you may construct it, but you may not use it for your own race. This goes will with culture. Some cultures may forbid technology or magic. Some cultures allow technology, but it is restricted, etc.

This should be required for requesting races.

Certain start rules, like the Aralangs would have advanced tech but actually no use of magic. Despite their knowledge, they could start. But they'd need certain things to do so.
