Empire Description: Born to the same world as the Heliphlein, the Enrakni were always looked down upon by their more able neighbors. Racism toward Enrakni became excruciating, and many built simple flying pods in search of new life. While many went to the stars, some went to the Heliphlein. They developed Cleptisists and used them on any magical creatures they could find. Now they have traveled to many places in search of magic to steal, and magics to terrorize.
