Just In The Nick of Time

[Queen Bright]

Hikaru as well as Inari appeared on the surface of Magimeta, the both of them standing in the grass. Did it work?

[Gaserlake]

Gaserlake and Leserlake seemingly came out of nowhere. Both were lying on the ground, Leserlake crying. When they both saw what happened, Leserlake stopped crying, and both were greatly relieved. They both stood up. "Thanks, Hikaru," Leserlake said, wiping away his tears. "I owe you one. You saved me from hell back there."

"Yeah. I'm grateful to you, too," Gaserlake added as he smiled. "And speaking of owing someone," he said when he noticed the beacons gone, "I'll go and destroy the contract. I'll take you with us if you want to see us destroy it."

[Queen Bright]

Hikaru said nothing and ignored most of it. She still wasn't used to helping people, especially enemies. It unnerved her. Keeping her mind off of it, Hikaru instead pointed to Gaserlake. "Magic signature. Suppress it. And did Kurai take anything from you?"

Inari stayed quiet completely unaware what was going on.

[Gaserlake]

Gaserlake sighed. He suppressed his magic signature. "Well, she took my virginity and Elite Energy, but that's about it," Gaserlake said. "So... that makes the Virus a hell of a lot tougher to beat."

[Queen Bright]

"Elite Energy?" Hikaru questioned, again ignoring the humiliating parts, though it made her both want to taunt and stand there shocked. "Can that be used to summon? I mean like blood or something. Summoning requires substance, location, or form. Magic signature is the first thing used, some form of substance is the second."

"Mistress Hikaru why are you-" Inari was cut off when Hikaru held up her hand to signal silence.

[Gaserlake]

"Eeeehhhhh..." Gaserlake pondered. "It's made so that it is compatible with each individual. No two people can use the same Elite Energy. It has to be customized for each person. However, it doesn't really contain any data on who it belongs to, so I'm thinking no. Oh, I forgot. Yeah, there is some blood and parts of my brain and head when they gave me a headshot."

[Queen Bright]

Hikaru smirked, "Well that sucks, doesn't it?" She raised three fingers "Well since Kurau has substance, you have three options. Spell Circle, Seal, oooor contract." Hikaru let that taunt sink in partly before continuing. "Spell Circle would ground against summoning, but you won't be able to walk out of it until the danger has passed. And Kurai is like me, she won't give up so quickly.

"As for contract, you could contract yourselves to your planet so any summoning attempts would be blocked. However, as you've seen there's loopholes in contracts. I didn't make that spell to be perfect." She paused and mumbled to herself, "Just a little too close to perfect," before continuing. "As for seal, it would be used to block anything from Kurai's magic and spirit signature. But you'll have to trust that I won't take revenge, with that one." Hikaru crossed her arms.

[Gaserlake]

"There's a problem with the last one," Gaserlake pointed out. "The Virus is also capable of doing magic. Magic was actually an ingredient for this thing."

[Queen Bright]

"Well then I guess you only have two options then," Hikaru replied her eyes narrowed at the fact something technological has magic, but she said nothing on the subject. "Because your little fields can't prevent summoning. It's in the same magic category as blood contracts, as long as one has blood, they can force teleport through summoning. Blood is sacred, it's what carries life outside of spirit and binds. If one has your blood, they have more power over you. That's why blood spells are much more powerful than common."

"Mistress Hikaru!"

Hkaru ignored Inari's whining, "Hell, if Kurai has blood, she can force sign a contract. Then you WOULD be in trouble."

[Gaserlake]

"We'll choose the contract, then," Gaserlake spoke for himself and Leserlake, who nodded in agreement.

[Queen Bright]

"If you do that, then..." Hikaru stopped and cringed a bit. She had already given so much on magic away, even if they knew from her memories, was she really going to give the one that that could put her in a hopeless situation in the future? Finally after a moment of silence, Hikaru sighed, "Add to whatever you make the contract that the contract cannot be destroyed, damaged, or voided in any way except by the contractors..." After that she refused to look at them, opting to turn her head to the side and keep her eyes on a nearby tree.

[Gaserlake]

"Alright, then," Gaserlake said. He took out a pen and a piece of paper. What he wrote down was that Gaserlake and Leserlake has to stay on Aralia, otherwise they would be teleported back, and the contract can only be changed, damaged, or destroyed by the contractors. " You're free to go wherever you go. That's so that this contract won't contradict with when I said we had to come with you."

[Queen Bright]

"I intend to retrieve my katana," Hikaru stated with no emotion. "Oh and one more thing, If Kurai does come after you... This planet..." Hikaru held out her fingers and scraped the air, light-blue flames bursting into ablaze around her hand, the familiar color of Spirit Fire. "Has magic that won't allow it," Hikaru released the fire in a wave at the two.

[Gaserlake]

The Spirit Fire disintegrated before it reached the two, but the two still flinched from it. "Alright," Gaserlake said. He bit his finger, and signed his signature on the contract in blood. Leserlake did the same. As soon as Leserlake finished, the two were teleported to Aralia, the contract going along with them.

[Queen Bright]

"Let's so we can get the last part of this over with." Hikaru disappeared.

Inari nodded and disappeared as well.
