Name: Kenny Atlas
Age: Unknown. He appears to be 25, but perhaps he is much older than that?

Biography:
A military legend. During the very first war of the Narrikians it was Ken who turned the tide of the war in the favor of the Narrikians. Over centuries he proved himself time and time again before Rezick came into the picture, all the while learning the art of magic. But it would not be enough to spare him from the fate that happens to all old men. Eventually Rezick ordered him to either find a new body or retire when he was still in charge of the military.

So instead of retiring Ken found a dying enhanced Narrikian. Feeling pity at the death of that one, he shed his old body and took on the one of the dead one, but modified it to look exactly like his old body only much younger. He has spent over five years getting used to this body inside of a pocket dimension that he controls and has a fair idea of his own strength and speed and limitations. However he is not one to boast or brag and so he continued his training.
Now he has come out of hiding when the Narrikians need a leader the most in the time of crisis such as this one.

Carl told him about the Black Guard, and gave him a suit of core armor so that he could fight to defend the Narrikians. He is highly skilled in the martial arts and with a sword. But he prefers to rely on his own techniques, and some magical items he made. He currently serves as leader of the Narrikians in both the Mechera dimension, and this dimension. A plan has been formed by him to make the Narrikians independent of the Mechera. Also he was selected to lead the black guard by Rezick before Rezick turned himself in and so he commands those as well, but no one knows he commands those. He seeks to make the Narrikians declare independence eventually.

Weapons: Suit of Core Armor, Two pistols and two katanas.
Equipment: Various handmade bombs and diversion devices. Anti Body Enhancement nanites, AAM sash and headband. Weighted clothes. He also has a journal that records each fight he has gone into. It records the fighting moves his enemy makes and the ones that he makes, so he can learn from his battles. He also has invented some magical items (to be detailed later in Grimoire).

I don't think the narikians have an actual organized government (other than the puppet one imposed by the Mechera) so an emperor would really hold no significance in the vasalized empire.

Alexanderes job has significance to the Zarethians. He also has the power to make high level decisions. Unlike narikian "leaders"

Technically speaking, the Narrikan government DOES hold power over the Narrikan populace, its just that they have to report to the Mechera levels of government. Think of how Alexander the Great had his empire; he didn't control every aspect of it, but allowed small provinces to govern themselves and keep their way of life, while he was still ultimately in charge. It prevents some of the otherwise inevitable uprisings, since they have a semblance of the way they used to be. So a Narrikan Emperor WOULD have power, but he still has 'bosses', you could say.
