Alliance: Mechera-narikian combined military
Bio: coming from a planet where nightfall is covered by the light of 3 moons, he is used to an active life, being that complete darkness only would come 5 hours a night.
Ineishi was orphaned as a child, so he was trained and taught magic till the time he was 25. Around the time he was 28, his arms were ripped off in a spaceship accident, military doctors surgically attached bionic arms, giving his arms a massive amount of strength, they had the same appearance of normal arms other than the grey, metal look of his arms.
When the moon is in the sky it amplifies his magic tenfold. The moons energy is absorbed into his skin then flows through his body giving an increase in energy coursing through his body.

Ineishi enlisted at 18, went through OCS quickly, and joined special forces. Soon after Directive DBD-204-KT was issued, he were promoted to the commander of SOCOM.

Equipment: class 6 halcyan cs, cybenetic strength implants

Appearance: greyish skin tone, black hair, green eyes, tall, with broad shoulders, about 5'11"

Eh. Sages are at odds with technology as is expressed in the Sage Wars. What you just made is like... gonna get you targeted if it's approved.

K2, Sage requests have to have permission through those who made Sages, same as how people need my permission if they want to have an Aralang character....

Hrm...I dont get how he's part of the Mechera-Narrikan military from the bio, seeing as it doesn't say how he even found out about them...Just put that in there, and then its fine.

This isn't true, I think that so long as a character is approved if its a sage it's approved. Sages are more of a general race whereas races like the Aralangs and such are almost entirely part of one faction.

No, but rather our characters are Phoenix Sages and Dragon Sages, which are rare and exclusive.

Hikaru, K2, and Kai made the Sage race. All permissions have to go through them. Even if K2 and Kai say that no permission is needed, it would still have to go through Hikaru.

There needs to be races that people dont need to get permission to obtain

There is. Human. Your Japae Sage race is different than the pure ones of the Sage Dimension isn't it? The ones of the Sage Dimension have so far all been based on mythical animals and what-not.

The way we have it set up only a few are actually based off the mythological animals though. Whats the big deal with this guy being a sage?

That doesn't matter. If Hikaru doesn't allow it, then it's denied. The permissions are based on personal preference, not on validation. Also, Hikaru has stated logical reasons of why she denies it.

In the meantime, this character is still pending approval and needs one approval.
