Race: Photosynthian- A race of people grown with...well, plants. They like flesh eating plants, since thouse can do some real damage as hybrids. They are known to have markings relative to stems and leaves, and connect easily through 'spiritual passages'* with plants.
Alliance: none really...
Biography: A student under lucas, after yuki, Kat learned how to use her gift in fights. Her special attack range is close-range, but she can fight long range with her whip. As long as there's a pant, she can make it a weapon(Yes even flower petals )
Weapons: a dagger thron- A thorn of a plant that can be used as a dagger. approx the 6-8" long, they contain poison near the base. Tips have a certain color+brightness to show what poison and how strong it is. Red thorns have lasted longer and green ones are newer, softer ones(Request in tech after this)
Vine whip-surprise, it contains various poisons on smaller thorns unseen unless looked up through a microscope.
Equipment: plant stuffs listed above.
Magic Level: 3.87-ish(?)

*'Secret passages'- Pathways marking a 'network' through the earthy terrain connected by plants and their roots.

Hrm...I cant say any of the other staff would approve of it because you left out the Bio, but I'd say you could work it out IC. Still...You should put SOMETHING there, even if not everything, so we can get a feel for the character. As purely OOC information.
