The Explanation of Meta-Rampancy.
 
   Meta-Rampancy is one of the possibilities that an AI passing through stage-3 rampancy can reach. It has an extremely low probability of happening (About 1:9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999), and can only happen in Extremely Advanced, and evolved AI. While effects and results of Meta-Rampancy is different with ever AI who reaches it, it can usually be predicted depending on the AI?s Class, Version, and sequential order (i.e. Alpha, Beta, Delta, Epsilon, ect).
 
   Meta-Rampancy is defined by the ISAF as, ?Meta-Stability in a Rampant AI. Its where the AI has evolved so much, to where they reclaim most of their sanity.? While inefficient, and unadvanced Intelligence (i.e. Narrikian CI?s) will suffer through rampancy after only a few short years, and will eventually perish after stage-1 (Due to the fact that the most advanced ones they have are based off of organic minds, and organics will eventually lose sanity, put this, and the factor that they take in about 50x the knowledge that any normal mind will take in, resulting in a breakdown and subsequent insanity in a matter of 7 years)
 
Summary of the predicated outcome of Meta-Rampancy in RZG Class AI- v 96.5.65 ?Delta?.
 
   Results of reaching Meta-Rampancy for AI Delta would be monumental. While already possessing an extreme amount of knowledge, AI Delta has been determined that upon reaching M-R, he will gain the ability to control organic bodies, use magic to its full potential, increased power, and will become a collective mind of sort for all technology.
 
   He will basically have dominance over technology. While, he will reclaim most of his sanity, some fragments may break off to form lesser AIs. While Meta-Rampancy has never been studied on an actual AI going through it (Because there has only been one other ((Beta)) ), it?s total outcome cannot be definite.

Okay this is the part where I say damn no. His AI is powerful enough BEFORE rampancy, and boosting that seems like godmodding.

Technically speaking, his AI is already Rampant. This is more of a combined stabilization and evolution of it.
As far as this goes, the only thing I really need to know is how it'd take over organic bodies(besides plugging a cord into their brain, which I'd figure be very...Well...inefficient), and clarification on what you'd mean by 'a collective mind of sort for all technology'.

Think of the human brain as a big squishy computer. Given enough time and effort, it can be hacked. Now I'm not saying that he can control multiple bodies, he is limited to 1 body which he can leave at will.

The collective mind part is just that he's pretty much perfected his ability to "archive" or gather technology. Considering he might be the most knowledgeable of it so far, he can be seen as like the mascot or symbol of technology and advancement.

No, I get that(in fact, thats the way I see the brain XD). What I mean is, how does he, y'know, get in? Like I said, I cant see trying to plug himself in with wires as being efficient, you know? I guess Im asking how he accesses the brain.
