Transmission From The Past ?

A day in other dimensions was a year here. That meant that a transmission which took, say, 2,000 years to travel from another dimension to this one would be received in this dimension nearly 730,000 years later. That was a long time. This was like a message from a bottle, sent long ago, despite all odds, by someone who would
know that Aralangs would be here some years later. It was written entirely in the language of the Aralangs' brother kind, the Guardians.

A video file was attached, security footage in the Guardian Dimension, showing a prisoner in an interrogation room. The prisoner is bound and gagged, sitting in a chair in an empty room. On the other side of the small table he sits at, there is an empty chair. A few moments later, a man dressed in a suit and tie walks into the room and sits opposite of the prisoner. A few soldiers walk in and our about to take off the mask over the prisoner's head when the video goes to static....
A few moments later, the video file resumes. The man who was in the suit and tie's eyes are bloodshot red. The soldiers and prisoner are gone. The man in the suit looks at the security camera, and suddenly he becomes pure blood with specs of sand. The video file ends suddenly, and the video file resumes showing only a black screen with red numbers, much like the equation C2323 gave Gaserlake which had the coordinates to the Guardian HQ inside it, but different still.
Whoever had sent this message was trying to tell the Special Forces something.
