Zeta Dusk (Magi-Android/Mechera)

Name: Zeta Dusk but his real name is Xyelestran
Age: 25
Race: Mechera, but he inhabits a Magi-Android body that has been slightly modified.
Alliance: Planetary Police  but is also a general. He does part time work for both.
Biography:  
Zeta is a grizzled old war veteran that has been through a lot. Seeing empires rise and fall and the like over his time in this mechanical body of his he has grown to despise war but views it as nessecarry even if it is a bit stupid in his opinion. Still though he maintained perfect loyalty and everything to the military and was the last person you would think to betray them in any way right? Well if you were to make a bet on that statement you would lose.
For he indeed did betray the Mechera in a way, by taking a deal he was conned into. He would be given magic once more along with Psi if he were to solve a simple but annoying problem,  that of the vampires on Duerme. Agreeing to the task a stranger in a hooded black robe and cloak (Ezra Tan) gave him a Magi-Android body modified for use by a Mechera. Now he hunts the vampires so that he can do his part of the job of course and earn the right to keep his new form. He is not yet used to the new body fully however.  Retiring from the military, he became commander of the civilian police.

Weapons: He has the normal weapons of a Magi-Android, a constructer system and the ability to fire bursts of saraton energy along with bursts of blue core energy, and can send the blue core energy out as shockwaves with martial arts moves as well. Further he has a couple of lasers built into his hands that he can use. 
Equipment: The only thing his equipment consists of is construction nanites. 
Magic Level: 4
Psi Level: 4

Well basically they are level 4, but a bit higher. Not quite level 5, but they are able to do some level 5 feats.

Civilian police is a contradiction of terms... It'd be Planetary Defence Police.
