Maybe she should be a Warrior of the Light, like Jay. Jay basically had the power of the Outerverse pumped into his spirit, and as such became an avatar of the Outerverse itself. It's still his own spirit, but the Outerverse, for a time, took over his spirit and spoke through it, shared it if you will. While Jay's "Warrior of the Light" stage is dormant until he activates it (he learned to control the dimensional energy within his spirit I guess), maybe it's constantly active in this child? The spirit would still be her own, but she's an avatar of the Outerverse.

That, might work actually. What exactly do you mean by an Avatar?
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

It's more that it left enough of a mark on Jay that he can bring out his avatar form by choice now.
It's essentially where you channel the Outerverse, you're capable of sharing in it's properties and power. You're also obviously inherently of a positive dimensional energy.

What he said. You're sort of giving the Outerverse a voice to speak through, sharing your body with it. It's not that the Outerverse has personality or thought of it's own, but it's that you are speaking and thinking for the Outerverse in a way.

I would also say how it manifests would be based on the avatar themselves. For Jay it is that of a warrior, however for someone adverse to fighting they may suddenly gain intense magical diplomacy powers or something. You know due to the whole everchanging deal of the OV

...If it's thinking and speaking for the OV doesn't that give him grounds to be able to take it as it'd want to go with him more? Let's not forget the OV is ALSO a territory. Whatever is came up with can't give them more of a sway to owning or taking it or it falls under unfair.

No, it doesn't mean he can control the OV.

IF I take control over the OV at some point, then yes, she will have slightly better control over it then most, but that's only if it comes into her ownership. She still has to take it over just the same way as anyone else would, and that would be no easier.

I apologize for double posting, but can I get a verdict on this please? Hikaru, even if she does well during her court day today, will not be back for a while. Especially if she does get Gaserlake, and I have things I would like to do.

We can't wait on Hikaru to come back in order to approve things. If she gets back, she can take issue with it then. Otherwise it may be wise to simply go on without her.
There is only so much pain that can be taken before the bonds and chains of sanity are forsaken
It is in these lonesome times that we reach towards the light sublime
And from that light we pull the resolution of our time
To begin the end and start anew

Hikaru, since you're back, can you give me a ruling on this here or do I have to repost/have it moved to the Request section?

Okay, a Warrior Of The Light kinda thing is fine if that's what you want. It would basically mean that the Dimensional Energies of the Outerverse surged into the newly born spirit and body. It would be sort of a spiritual THIRD parent of the baby, instead of simply being the only spiritual parent as you suggested in your initial request. Whereas Jay became Warrior Of The Light in adulthood, this baby's spirit was, at creation, imprinted with the Outerverse's Light. So whereas the spirit is made up of the two parents, it is also, in a way, a child of the Outerverse.

Exactly. So, can I finally get her approved?
