A man in a hooded trench-coat walked into the police station, avoiding the sunlight. This day would be very important to him: first impressions stick. For the next how ever many years he'd be with these people. He didn't want them to be his enemies.

He said to a lady at the front desk that he was here to see a man named Kenny Atlas. She told him to wait. He sat down in the waiting room, and finally removed his hood.

An older woman, Harrisia entered. Finally a Mechera entered as well. Both were here to see Kenny as well. Finally the emperor came down to meet them.

"As you are aware there is an epidemic loose. Since I am busy and have no time to directly intervene I shall provide you with the proper tools and equipment to handle this. First and foremost." He clapped his hands and 2 suits of Polaris Armor appeared, one fitted to the larger man's frame.

"These have weapons, comms and almost all the equipment you need."

" (you choose what the armor looks like for you.) "Also, in return for your pardon and sparing you the death penalty in these harsh times I have decided to give you an assignment. There are vampires on planet. They are to be killed. Cure, contain or kill, preferrably the first two but only do the last if the first aren't able to be done. Also Harrisia, your request is also granted, you may lead this team since you know more about the vampires."

"But of course we will need to obtain Mechera authorization before we can even start or form a team. It seems they have started more heavily monitoring my bank accounts and so I will be unable to fund this team, but I found a solution. A non profit organization to find a cure to vampirism is looking for new members, and I think that with that company's money you could have a chance." said Ken and after that he turned to Zeta. "Are you still a Mechera General? If so we don't need to take it to Thel, you can authorize us here and now."

Zeta nodded, knowing what he would have to do. Harrisia just sat there patiently.
