The bank that had the account of Ken Atlas had noticed a lot of cash coming out... it had first started up as little red flags, but now it was showing a trend similar to that of someone who funds a terrorist cell. This of course was monitored for a while, and sent to counter terrorism as well as intelligence. But, this last one... it was finally sent to a higher authority. Thel Valdamee.

   Thel issued an immediate investigation on to his accounts, and heavy surveillance was set up Records had been sent to him, and all relevant data regarding the new investigation to King Falzone.

But there was nothing connecting him to terrorists. He gave technology to the police, highly advanced stuff and sold to mercenary corporations some of his technology, using his finances to assure that they wouldn't be attacked by a lot of mercenaries. Also he had funded an upgrade to the military recently as well. That was all that would show up.
