More of an evil genius Victor works as an inventor of sorts and field agent for the BG except he has aspirations to eventually open up his new company Enseles Inc.

Personality:
An innovative but smart mouthed genetic experiment Victor tends to be more of a lone wolf. It is not that he does not like friends, but rather he has not had much of a social life. Mainly he tends to focus on the here and now in life, rather than on the future or the past. Also he tends to be more of a realist rather than an optimist or pessimist. All in all he does have plans for the future, but keeps them and his emotions under wraps most of the time.

Appearing to have no emotion, Victor has learned how to manipulate the operatives of the BG by faking different emotions at various times. One could say he is good at manipulating, as it does come naturally to him. He is also very quick to adapt, and hates it when he loses. He is what you would call an extremely sore loser. (He killed the last person he lost to.)  Another thing about him is that he has his own moral code and can be described as more of a chaotic good individual.


Alliance:
He is a mercenary/bounty hunter/part time BG agent.

Biography:
The BG needed a new weapon. So they would try something they had never done before in their lives at all. Scientists plotted and came up with ideas for weeks before a suitable one was chosen to be used, the creation of a new genetic experiment unlike anything they had ever done in the past was the idea that had been chosen. Working around the clock the scientists managed to create a base line dna template for the genetic experiment they were working on. But a base line DNA template alone would not be enough for something such as what they were creating. No, the base line DNA would not be enough by itself and they would need DNA of different races. 

Mercenaries were hired for a mission they did not know of. Various ones including human,  and a few others including Veldorian and Osmosian were implanted inside of this genetic experiment during creation along with the DNA of your run of a mill Narrikian and the DNA of the sub races was also added to the body of this creation. The mercenaries were killed shortly after they had been used as DNA banks for the genetic experiment that would become known far and wide as a terror to the galaxy eventually.

One of the things that would be needed with this creation unlike Silen would be inter-personal skills along with a very high IQ level and so the scientists worked, adding chemicals that would give him a high IQ level without any negative results or so they hoped. Boy were they mistaken. It would indeed have a negative effect in the long run making Victor more evil and wicked than most would normally expect someone created as he had been to be.

The scientists still thought that their creation lacked a lot of things and so work continued on what they dubbed Project Victory. The bones were coated with a liquid form of celestial steel that hardened and fused with the bone structure without making him have a hard time moving or doing anything that he could normally do. In short his bones were now made more durable than normal and he is able for some odd reason to use gravity and magnetism along with other abilities that he should not have access to without the means of technology and science or other things, but he does have these abilities as it was what he was created with, along with an enhanced charisma.


Awoke from the chemicals he was immersed in, Victor was instructed and had information downloaded directly into his mind to save time. As for what was downloaded it was hundreds of decades worth of science and magical knowledge along with research into legendary weapons such as the blade Muramasa, which was given to him by the scientists. They wanted their creation to have a true chance at survival out in the shattered planes. Now he works as an evil genius/enforcer for the BG and a public rep for an orphanage. (Ironic much?)

Magic Level:
An innovator to the core Victor is always coming up with new spells, inventing new magical techniques and otherwise coming up with new things to try out. It is for that reason that his level is the highest he can possibly be at the moment in time, 5.

Fears:
While not exactly fearful of many things there are only a few that can make Victor worry a bit more than he normally does. One such fear happens to be needles, syringes or any medical tool of that variety with a sharp edge to it. Literally he will run away at the sight of one of those tools completely and try to get as far away as possible. He hates modern television since well he believes it to be dumbing down people and only watches shows such as Robin Hood, Sherlock Holmes and the like. Also another one of his things he hates are anti fields, since he sees no point in inhibiting someone to the level of a complete mortal.

Interests:
He has a lot of varied interests. One of the key interests that he has tends to be the elimination of his creators at this point time. Also he has an interest in science and technology along with other abilities and that is why he strives to make himself stronger at magic. Also he is very interested in history, such as legendary weapons from the planet earth. Oh, and eliminate Anti Fields.

Aspirations:
His aspirations are to become the leading scientist of the evil variety in the SP dimension, to become a master of the magical arts and to learn how to fight more efficiently. He also has aspirations of becoming the leading inventor and weapon manufacturer in shattered planes so that he can earn himself a bit more money on the side.

He tends to keep some equipment with him so that he can build things as he travels. He keeps a screw driver, a wrench and a hammer with him along with some nails and construction nanites of his own invention and not the kind used by the Black Guard normally.

Okay, so, the template made a huge difference. I took your post seriously for once, which for some reason sometimes is hard to do with your requests. But I think this template also causes you to think more about your characters, which is what it was designed to do. That's good. Defiantly approved, sir. It was actually quite funny, thanks for the read.
