The Blade Black Century was forged long ago on earth by those who believed that magic existed, the pagans, wiccans and others. Somehow the blade gained the elemental property of darkness and was lost to them, apparently destroyed. But it was not destroyed but instead sealed inside a meteor that traveled through space. The meteor was actually the blade. For centuries it continued in the meteor form that it once was in only now it was stuck that way. The meteor crashed on Shuma and was forged by a lone Narrikian there into a sword that has a katana handle but yet the blade of a knight sword. Using the blade requires that a contract be made between the wielder and the sword. In exchange for using it they agree to allow it to store every combat move they perform using it inside of it. Which it in turn passes onto the next wielder. The blade has other abilities too, but those have not yet been revealed.
