you can go to hell, girl. you better watch yourself.

Back door cracked, we don't need a key...

Sneaky sneaky. A small shadow from the moonlight slithered across the ground as the owner, the source, lightly ran across the barren dirt and road. A glimpse of soft pale pink hair and fleshy ivory of skin before a bigger shadow crossed across her features.

There was a concert that had been playing here a few days before. Why in a basic, dumpy, crappy wasteland, she had no idea, thought it still piqued her interest to the point where she was actually drawn to joining. Usually there were a few in a week and then it was quiet for a while. Kylexx had no idea any of this even occurred until she saw a flyer type paper on the billboard on some random planet from days ago. The young girl had snagged it a while ago only to find it in her bag randomly when searching for some form of an alcoholic drink.

Kylexx had no particular musical instrument except her voice but that didn't really stop her. A swipe here and a swipe there and Kylexx had an electric guitar in decent styling and shape and an amp. Don't ask how she got here because then that would lead to her having to try and find a loophole in grand theft auto. She worked solo so generally she didn't need to worry about having to get drum sets and such, not to mention there was usually people who offered.

The place was set at a warehouse time building that had obvious been rebuilt and added on to, judging by the walls and different color tones in the sheet metal. Whenever someone's amp was too loud or the voice echoed in the metal building she could see it shake and see the windows wiggle in their panes. Every time Kylexx leaned against the wall she could feel the beats pulsing in her palms and the shaking of the glass and vibration from the speakers. It gave her a small high; being on stage by far surpassed this feeling. Her skin began to crawl as she thought of being up on stage and singing, screaming into the mic or strumming the electric guitar in fluid movements.

Kylexx spotted a rusting green door and began to tiptoe for it, going sneakily with her back against the wall. Once she was right next to it she edged it open with her foot, poking her head in and squinting a bit at the bright light. Once her eyes adjusted she discovered that she was in the stage's back area, and this was probably the door that lead to the outside for easier access. Looking around Kylexx quickly slipped in and lightly ran to where the curtains were, peeking in between the folds and sections and out onto the stage.

It was packed with people standing up and jumping around and screaming and shouting. Just standing at the edge of the stage got Kylexx even more bubbly and elated. Seeing the people jumping and cheering made her even more prone to the adrenaline rushing through her body. She just couldn't wait to get on that stage...
