You guys do know New Dementia and New Mania are very similiar to the Shivering Isles, which is in the Oblivion series..which is populated by Mania and Dementia, and ruled by the God of Madness..While New Dementia is ruled by the Embodiment of Insanity. Sound similiar?

As much as I want to say it's not, it looks way too similar to be coincidence.

... I think I'll just let whoever made it explain how they thought of it.

Also, before I forget, does one include mania and dementia part of emotions? Because if that's the case then that's pretty similar to my race :/ just sayin'. Mania is the state of elation and dementia is depression and insanity. So...yeah. Just curious, though.

Key differences-

-Entrance method is completely different.
-It isn't broken into those little islands
-Its ruled by the Lord of it with the supervision of the Embodiment
-Different Name (obvious)
-The city is located at the center rather than the eastern side.
-Shivering Isles have a multitude of races native to it. ND has none.
-SI has 2 different enforcer groups, ND only have a single Honor Guard
-SI doesn't have a leading council or military leaders, ND does
-The fringe isn't in ND. When you arrive, you appear near the ND Monastery.
