PERSONALITY GOES HERE. Must be at least two solid paragraphs.
One thing is certain about the Cyborg with the designations Rogue, Lonely or Solo. He has no desire for bonds, friendships or the like viewing those who have such as idiots, and insane. The problem with this is that he is also more than a little Pyschotic. You see the creator of the android was a mad man who built the android more or less with his same personality.
Dislikes - Bonds, Friendships, Families. Those who would protect those sort of tings, self-proclaimed heroes and villains.
Personality Flaw - Extremely Pyschotic - Yes he is extremely pyschotic to the point of being unpredictable in the field of combat. You see he has no morals whatsoever, and would legally be ruled as insane. Or at least that is what most people would call him.

Biography:
Created in a lab by a scientist who could only be deemed off his rocker during a period of galactic unrest and civil war throughout the galaxy, Rogue was created as an implement to eliminate the disease called war.  Or at least that would be the goal of the scientist who did a little too good of a job with his creation giving him the ability to be like a parasite of sorts to magic users and turn their own powers against them by forcing them to let him use their abilities. At first his creator did not notice that Rogue had been infecting others throughout the lab with a redirect spell, giving him their magical energy for his own use.
The creator of Rogue soon would notice however when his wife got infected with the exact same thing nanites that made the magic simulate a redirect spell sending it to Rogue. So he tried to shut down his creation but it resulted in his demise. Smirking, Rogue sucked all the magic out of the wife of his creator at once killing her due to the loss of her magic. Then he went and did the same to everyone in the station and began work on his creator?s inventions of both the emulator and the triple core system. So that he would not need to suck power out of others all the time and would have his capabilities without having to siphon those of others.
Travelling throughout the galaxy to planets high in magic, he hoarded whatever relics, scrolls and sources of information on magic were to be found on those worlds after killing off all the inhabitants and learning the languages. So far he could speak up to 470 different languages, including the basic language of the galaxy.  Next he visited a Dojo of sorts and there he learned several different fighting styles allowing him to better protect himself. Eventually he would layer himself with a variety of enchantments including one that would cause any organic that came within 1 foot of him to be hurled back by a telekinetic wave of energy as if they had hit a force-field since he hated organics.
Using his technological knowledge he finished both the Emulator System and also the Triple Core system which meant that he would have magic for some time to come. Not only that but he would be able to use it without any of the hassles of a normal magic user IE having to focus on the spells due to the unique way in which he cast. Now he has entered the Sp-verse to slaughter all mostly organic life that is in the SP verse.





Weapons:

• A black and silver sword named the Blade of the Lonely Heart. It has some hidden abilities to it, but is magic and will be posted in Grimoire.
• Plasma Arm Blade- His arm can turn into an arm blade of Plasma, or a gatling gun or a variety of other weapons his arm can turn into.

Magic Level:
Short 5 He prefers the more destructive and dangerous spells as opposed to the lighter more benevolent, he is all for destruction with the use of his power.

Fears
1. Organics with EMPs or tools to dismantle him.
2. Extremely powerful mechanical beings.
3. Those that CAN destroy him.
Interests:

• Destroy all Sentient Non part Mechanical Life Forms
• Become the number one knowledge source in Shattered Planes
• Wipe out all time-travel/time-changing techniques/machines.
• Eliminate all known mercenaries/Weapon selling companies/good guys.
• Obliterate all weapons organics possess.
• Become the master at everything and of everything.

• Destroy non-robots.

Android or so it will seem. Really he is a Narrikian fused with metallic skin and android components that has been memory erased and reprogrammed.

Back to an android. So really, it isn't an Narrikian at all, but just a robot.

Humans and what not are capable of magic as well. Any race that is not naturally gifted at magic, though? Generally, the individual must unlock magic with his mind. That is, he must become aware of it in complete and total sense. He must shed his mind of its natural limits.

1. Hikaru, you said it yourself that some things don't have to be put in the bio. And the reason that he is level 5 is one of the things I am NOT putting in the bio for such a reason, as it is too early to reveal such details about this char.

Hawk, things not to put in the bio are story reasons. But when level calls for it, then you NEED to put it in the bio. As it stands, something completely technological couldn't have magic as they'd be using tech existence instead, because they are TECHNOLOGY. So unless he has some part of organic flesh, no, no magic. And no Tech Existence either as IC, not many know of it.
