Maxis chuckled a bit despite himself. "Well, she hasnt killed me yet. So far the day is going well." He muttered. "The towels are in the closet!" He called after her. He got some of his girlfriend's old clothes, which she left, and since they looked to be about the same size, the folded them up and put them on his bed for her.

"Thanks!" She yelled out. She proceeded to the bathroom and took a brief shower. She then walks out into the the room and sees the clothes. "Not bad.", she commented to herself. She put then on and walked out into the living room. "Been a while since I wore civies clothes... comfy"

She closed her eyes and opened then again. Most the pain had subsided. "No, I'll be fine." She walks over to her uniform and grabs her sidearm.

He nodded and opened the back door, which had stairs down to the parking lot. "The hover car is out here." He explained.

She follows suit. She looks around his car... it was nice. Aki didn't actually own a car, even though she was loaded. Since she always worked and was escorted by the military guard, she never needed one. "Any place in particular you want to go?"

Maxis grinned. "I was about to ask you the same thing." He scratched his head. "I here there is a new breakfast cafe downtown. Wanna go check it out?"

"Alrighty then." Maxis said, lifting the car into the air and getting into the hoverspeedways. Pretty soon they hit a heavy, heavy traffic jam. From what he could see it looked like the Zarethian government was experimenting with mechs and they got a little out of control. "Bal'facin**." He cursed.

"Oh, right. Alright Ma-, sorry. Aki. My treat it is then." He said. It took them five minutes to reach his apartment complex. Maxis got out, waited for Aki to get out and locked the car.

"I'll pray for him." Maxis smirks, as he opens the door. He gets right to work, taking out the ingredients and mixing them about. He fried the vegetables, cracked and stirred the eggs, mixed the batter and toasted the bread.

He takes the fried dough, puts it on the cutting post at his side and then pours the eggs onto in and mixes it in. He chuckles a bit at Aki's comment. "When you're stuck making your own food and food for seventeen others with Zarethian Military Rations you learn to get creative."
