Slowly Lucien walked in for the moment in time, so that he could handle things at the moment in time. He would walk in so that he could handle this mess. He was here to buy some licenses.

"And no Mazoc, I just would rather not have to put the hurt on anyone they send, and I will also send you 'holograms' of the weapons I will wield."

"Your guards have gotten too strict by the way, I would have been able to bring in a sample of Project Meta, but they demanded everything, every personal item except my garments. Chastise others? He was pointing out at the moment in time however that they were too restrictive with such things at the moment. "I have tried that. But attempts to get the pill workable failed, so I settled for finishing Project Meta instead which may not be magic, but it is capable of quite a lot. If you license me for it, I'll even send a bottle of those pills to the council itself and you may analyze them."

"And the reason for AAM not being made is simple. Some races have anti fields that can completely disable magic and there are drugs that can be used to kill magical abilities, but there are no known counters to the project meta. So what will it take to get it legalized? Also the weapons I'll be wielding is a staff I have modified to gather in energy and release it as beams of energy, two powered sickles and a powered tachi for myself along with my armor, but I'd have to show you the armor in order for you to see what all it could do."

A bottle of the pills appeared in his hand and he put it near Masoc. All the pills he had made up until now, and those were only 7. He had no other pills like those, and would have to start over at making them if he gave those as samples but it would be well worth it at the moment in time to get those legalized. Looking over at Mazoc he said to him. "Inside are all the pills I have made as of this moment in time. And it took quite a while to develop just those seven pills."

"Yes. " said Lucien. He teleported in pictures of each of his weapons. Two sickles, a short knife like blade, and a couple of tachi as well as a normal katana and a knight sword. All of them had been modified to be powered weapons.
