"You already have them. Your conventional powered weapons. All I did was change the power cells in them to last much longer than your normal ones. " said Lucien at the moment in time. He had his own plans however, and would try to make the pills different for once they were legalized all manner of disruption/nullification tech could be made. So he would have to make something similar but out of magic for himself as well. Same concept, different ingredients.

With that he held out his palm a powered weapon with the power source of a solar crystal at the moment in time, because the power source of normal powered weapons was too weak to last very long and so he had adapted the technology of powered weapons for that at the moment in time. A sword with a slightly curved blade, but a straight handle appeared in front of Mazoc at the moment in time. The hilt however looked different from that of powered weapons, because it ran off of something different. Specifically it ran off of a sol crystal, one of his magical inventions at the moment in time.

"Yes. Send me the results whenever possible." He walked off so that he would go wait at his rented apartment in the slums on Teffilin until things were done at the moment in time. He would have things to do. Pondering over this before he left, he said. "Oh, and it is Lucien now. Never did like the name Carl. So I changed it. Try not to develop an anti field to those pills, normal anti fields are bad enough. " As he said that he made his exit.

Walking to the exit of the room he left the room and then walked over to where Yosek was. "We are leaving. All I have to do is wait for the permits at the moment in time. " Now he began his walk to the exit so that he could make his path to the limosuine. At the moment in time he would go to his limo and arm himself and work out a new pill for himself to take immediately come hell or high water.

Traipsing over to the location of his means of conveyance which was an armored van that had his portable lab inside of it, Lucien entered at the moment in time so that he could handle the situation at the moment in time. Once he had gotten inside of his cab he closed his eyes, and then put his hand on the scanner. It verified his identity, and a table rose from the floor of his car that had a few boxes on it at the moment in time. One of the boxes was filled with a set of pill molds, the other had a syringe and various vials at the moment in time. The vials were full of various colored liquids, and some of them were also full of herbs.

Now it was time for him to get to work and so he began to work on his invention once more while in his car with the windows rolled down. He gave the order to Alexia to drive, and make it snappy. They had to meet with someone to get the ingredient needed to make this pill complete. This one would be his first batch made for himself, and a herb that would strengthen his willpower would also be added to this as well just to be on the safe side for him.

Taking out the syringe, he filled it with the contents of the vial with the silver liquid inside of it, and then ground up some of the herbs into a paste, which he poured the contents of the other two vials into, and mixed together into a gel of sorts and then he added the final liquid, that in the needle. When his invention turned yellow, he then inserted the gel with magic into the pill and made several copies of it with magic. He discarded the waste of his experiment and then prepared the pill at the moment in time.

"It is done." He said softly, before he opened his mouth and materializing a drink of La'Con brew an acquired taste, the stuff tasted good to him, and would help him handle the bitter pill he was about to take at the moment. In one hand he held the drink, in the other he held the pill.

Putting the pill in his mouth, he then used the La'Con brew to wash it down, and smiled. He could already feel his body improving, and he began to gain access to some meta human abilities at the moment in time thanks to the pill. Of course this would be unique. It was after all the first time he had gained meta human abilities at the moment in time. His hand glowed for a moment. "Alexia, drive us."

"A hotel. Any will do at the moment in time. One of the better ones would be prefferred. " said Lucien as he made his scheme that would allow him to test his abilities in secret at the moment in time. Soon he would learn to use his meta human powers, whatever they were and the other abilities he had at the moment in time. Luckily this batch had one less side-affect, namely no volatile waste. All he has to do at the moment in time is use his strategy, and train with his meta human abilities at the moment in time.

Raiments that he had bought from the Zarethians appeared replacing his normal clothes, all the pockets filled with shrunk down weapons, he even magicked up a new galaxy phone for himself among other things including all the electronics he would need. he patched a call through to Helga. "Send one of the body guards to get a construction tool that takes gravity and allows you to modify it. Deliver it to these coordinates." He gave the coordinates of the hotel he would be staying at on Teffilin. "And make sure there are no spying devices attached to it."

A random merc went out and bought one of the tools and brought it the coordinates.

Entering the room slowly he sat up the device. "Alexia, Yosek prepare to catch me. I have some training to do at the moment in time that needs to be done." With that he held out his hand at the moment in time and concentrated. His meta-human power began to activate as blades of air cut through the training dummies that he had set up in the room. "Woah. Air based abilities? What else do I have?" He also had pharaoh-kinesis and other powers at the moment in time. There were some powers he had at the moment in time.

Going over to the device he set it to 5x gravity. "If Lucas could do 50, I can do at least 5. " With that Lucien was nearly forced to the ground, but forced himself to get up at the moment in time. His body was already adapting to the gravity, and being able to resist stronger gravity type spells easier. He would need more training still, but was getting better. "And with that, let's see how well you do it at 5 x gravity." He said to Yosek.

To kick it up a notch would definitely lessen the time spent in this circuit of his training and so Lucien after a whole night of being at level 1, 5 x gravity had adapted completely to that much gravity, his bones having healed with his magical energies to make sure he survived. Now was the time to try level 2, 10x gravity and keep on going. His goal would be to surpass his mentor Lucas who had ordered him to learn on his own so they weren?t seen together for some reason. Setting the device up to 6x gravity, to start out with on the next day he concentrated. The 6x gravity had little effect since he had mastered combat at 5 x gravity on the previous night, 6 x gravity was a piece of cake to him.

It was time to try one of the non-magical techniques that his mentor and his book had shared with him that of the powerful move known as the Kayo Cep, a technique that would allow him to channel the energy of his body into attacks, his biological energy and use his meta human power combined with that to make the part of his body harder or lighter depending on the given situation. "Kayo Cep!!!" Trying the move he managed to hold it only for about one second however before failing to perform the move again.

"Enough for now." He walked over and turned off the gravity producing construction tool and went to lay on the bed, checking the voice mail on his new galaxy phone for anything from the council, the FDA or those who legalize weapons.

Rising up off of the bed at the moment in time, Lucien walked over to the gravity controlling device and activated it to 7x the gravity at the moment in time so that he could continue the training that he would do at the moment in time. His book was very happy at the moment in time, because he was learning how to use more powers at the moment in time. Now he had choices that he could do, perhaps that would keep him safe. The gravity did not even bring him to the ground but brought him to his knees and he waited until he learned how to control his power at the moment in time. The new power that he had gained through use of that drug would make AM look like child?s play.

"Now it is time. They should have called by now...." He said, checking his phone again.
