The phone had a texted message logged into it. >>Lucien Dolos: the items you have requested have been scanned and logged in to the Zarethian Government. Come to the Heart of the Council for the judgement<<

Arraying himself in the accoutrement of a successful politician,  Lucien suited up at the moment in time so that he would go handle things like this. He had paid for the hotel for about a year at the moment in time, and put on the vestments that would look at the best Zarethians. So he reached down, to grab the equipment he needed at the moment in time. A scheme was forming in his brain so that he could form something at the moment in time that would work. Checking himself he left all weapons behind and ordered Yosek and Alexia. "You two stay here." He did a summoning spell that would bring Helga out to his car at the moment in time.

"You look like you could use the rest at the moment in time. So I am letting you both rest for the time being while I go meet with the council. " He walked downstairs without any of his normal gear, no weapons or AAM items on him and pulled out 2 of the golden colored pills and swallowed them both, washing them down with a Narrikian tea that was usually drank right before a funeral. He was still after all mourning the death of his parents, and would for a while longer. He slowly traipsed the path down to his car.

Helga was looking at him angrily - her default appearance.

Alexia and Yosek shrugged and went into Yosek's bedroom.

"You are going to drive us to the council." said Lucien, getting in the back seat of the car and activating his lab once more and making a liquid this time that would give him the powers of the pills for even longer than normal at the time. He drank the liquid mixed with his tea to make it taste better at the moment in time. Now all he would have to do was wait at the moment in time so that he would have his success. Once they got to the council building, he walked out and ordered Helga to remain behind as he entered the council chamber and walked up to where the council would be waiting at the moment in time. Taking the elevator up to their floor, he then walked towards the door and waited in a chair. He hoped one of them would let him come in.

"So when do I come in?"

"When they call you." The guard said. He heard something via the comms in his helmet. "Which would be now."

[Zero]

With that, Lucien walked in to see what the decision of the council would be at the moment in time. If he didn't like it, he could always appeal it at the moment in time. He was technically a foreign official, so he could appeal it. And he had presented his application to Ken to take over as diplomat.

"Ah, Lucien."Masoc nodded to him."The Zarethian FDA has deemed the meta-pills that you gave us far too dangerous for a normal civilian to use. If a Narrikian was able to get a hold of those pills he could wreak large amounts of havoc."

[Zero]

"Well, you see I am working my way to become the new diplomat from the Narrikian empire to this one, and am in charge of the Narrikian Police Force. Thanks to a few strings a friend of mine pulled that is. Now anyway, how could I get the pills legalized possibly since it is clear I am not a civilian now?" asked Lucien at the moment in time, as he had his own plans that could possibly work but he would need the pills legalized.

"Well,you see, they're just far too powerful. Even if you were the emperor of the Narrikians.... It would simply be iresponsible for us to legalize that pill. And if someone made a Zarethian variant..." He trailed off.

[Zero]

"I have made the pills. And they are locked to my DNA signature. In other words, no one but me can use the pills at the moment in time, one of the precautions I took when I made them. Since I did not want other people using the pills, I made it to where only I could use them. And as for Zarethian variant, that would be impossible without knowledge of zarethian DNA, and herbs that would work similarily on the Zarethians at the moment in time. And also they would need my knowledge of genetic engineering as well at the moment in time." said Lucien.

"And yet you dont seem to get it." Another councilor said. "We would have to trust the person with these pills inexplicably. You have not given us reason to." 

[Zero]

Then he pulled out a list of all the ingrediants, in reverse order so they could make a counter serum or something to the pills and handed it to Mazoc. "Here, a way to make an antidote. It would cancel the pills if the wrong person got their hands on them at the moment in time. "

He took the paper but shook his head. "I'm sorry Lucien but these will have to stay illegal for now."

[Zero]

Enraged for a moment Lucien took a deep breath, remembering the powers that he had at the moment in time, but cursing in his head the fact they had made the pills illegal. His body could withstand more gravity than normal, but he would need to engineer protection against AM as well for himself. They had denied the pills which meant the new powered weapons were useless for him as well, since he would have relied on the enhanced speed and strength granted by the pills to use the powered weapons that he had designed at the moment in time.

Pondering over how he could get them to explicitly trust him he began to do a lot of thinking about things. Perhaps if he were to not use the pills period he could gain their trust enough to gain legalization of the pills at the moment in time for him-self. The pills needed to be legalized so that he could use them correctly at the moment in time. How could he get them to explicitly trust him at the moment in time though was the thing that he had to deal with at the moment in time.
Well he knew likely they would not allow his idea, the pills to be approved at the moment in time. Or any of his inventions probably at the way things were going. Only he could use the pills, but they didn?t trust that he would use the power responsibly? What could he do to prove he could use the pills responsibly at the moment in time? Perhaps build a weapon that neutralized the pills and permanently destroyed the ability to be affected by the pills?  No, that would only prove to his disadvantage.

"If you are going to illegalize the pills then the same applies to the weapons. I made the two of them to be used together at the moment in time. The pills grant the enhanced abilities, and the weapons are more durable. Combine them, and well you get the idea of what one person with these would be capable of. " 

With that he turned, and walked out of the room because he would not wait at the moment in time for them to make their decision about the weapon. He was headed outside, and while he walked out he purged the meta human abilities from his system,  and all traces of the pills as well. It seemed as it was that he would have to give up. He had walked out of the council room angrily.

The council members looked at each other and shrugged. "Next!" Masoc called.
