You heard it here folks

Since I can't request and keep coming up with ideas for characters I will put most of them in the Adoption Agency for someone to use. There is only one restriction and that is that Orph is allowed only ONE adoption of my characters a month.

Why put the restriction? Orph is one of the best rp'ers we have on this site.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

Why put the restriction? To prevent him from adopting too many of the ones I make.

Why is that a problem?

Well imagine if he were to take the adopted characters, modify them into Rogue Clones. There in lies the problem. Thus I am restricting him to 1 per month.

Another reason is because I am giving them to those who need them the most and lack creativity at some points to come up with their own stuff. Plus if anyone wants them they can but I shall allow Rogue 2 per month provided he promises not to make them Rogue Clones once adopting them.

If we have a member lacking in creativity, he/she would be better off making their own character, this way they get to practice more and improve their creativity.

I don't know about you guys, but I have a strict rule against playing other peoples characters.
