AC Matrix
The AC or armored core matrix is basically a newer, more modern suit of armor that is extremely light weight and with self-repair capabilities by assimilating all nearby metal or cloth in the area to repair itself and adapting the cloth and other materials. This gives 20x strength and speed, has the ability to create energy constructs and has a CI inside of it. It conceals itself as a plain belt until activated after which it covers the entire body in an armor that is light weight and durable. The armor also has the ability to create weapons out of nearby materials. This of course is a vast improvement from his dragon proto-core system and has some of the same capabilities. When the button on the belt is pushed, the ac matrix surrounds the person in a synthetic suit that replaces their normal clothes and has the power to armor up.

Improved Powered Weapons
Further research into the powered weapon technologies has led to the improvement of them by one, adding a longer lasting power supply to them, two, eliminating many flaws and vulnerabilities the weapon had previously with the old metal, and three adding the ability to send out shockwaves of energy to the weapon as well.
These can last +50 years to the life span of normal powered weapons, rarely need a recharge and are capable of cutting through armoring of up to a sub titan. This makes them better than the normal ones that are used by the Zarethians by a long shot. These are also more expensive and as of yet he has not revealed the technique used to make them and has only made 3.

CI update
Using the technologies and research available to him at K?olar industries he has removed the flaws the old CI had, and taken things in a whole new direction. These are much more advanced CI, capable of rational thought and able likely to survive meta-rampancy thanks to the advancement of the technology and research that he had access to.

 Meta v2
A much more safe and stable version of the original project meta, it has limitations that are much stricter than that of the predecessor. First the person who uses this is limited to 2 powers at least, 4 powers at most and they are random. Most of the time the powers are useful, but some of the time they can be useless with this serum. Unlike the previous model it also can be cancelled. As you see this serum has micro-machines in it that produce a counter-serum or antidote when a particular phrase is spoken at the moment in time.
The phrase for this particular batch is Memorial. Note however that this batch is not one that Lucian would personally use but is the one that can be sold to the general public. This is a more limited version and can be used with both the Zarethians and Narrikians. 


Meta V2.5
This is a more top-secret and incredibly limited version of the original as Lucian has been working on it in secret after hours making improvements that would blow your mind. By splicing in the DNA of a Dolos he has made it to where it can only be used by him and himself alone. This one has virtually none of the side-affects except for upping the masculinity of the person. Also it tends to make them more volatile when angered.  Of course it is not without it?s upsides as this is stronger than the normal version and only requires 2 doses before becoming permanent.

It can be inhaled, injested, injected, or transmitted into the body in a variety of ways. This will only work for him and he always carries a vial. It grants super powers like the other ones, but has the same deactivation switch, the code word memorial.  Hidden on the world Memorial is a secret facility that contains the meta-serum v2.5 which is his most treasured possession, or rather the materials to make it.
As this is rare and highly controlled he is one of the few with the information to produce such a serum that is currently in the shattered planes dimension. The serum is rare, and he has only made 7 batches for himself, a total of 49 pills at the moment in time.

1. In fiction META-humans exist.
2. This has already been used on an IC basis in the original form. Which is not what I am requesting here. Here I am requesting a simple upgrade to it, and also a downgrade.

3. As you are well aware Hik, any sophisticated technology equals magic. IC words. Whose, I am not sure.

Tell me, how do you expect to manipulate a rock without magic? Aka geokinesis. You need SOME kind of energy/signal/other type of manipulation. Otherwise, a rock is a rock, and no matter how much you tell it to fly, it's not flying.
