"... I suppose I could go have some fun." Slingah murmured, before going towards the Ferris Wheel that just so happened to be nearby. ... Wait, do these rides cost money? I don't think my money will work here... Slingah realized, before walking up to the line.

And then he realized something else. There were other life forms in that same line. Races that were not Human. Holy... what the hell?! Much to Slingah's surprise though, many of them appeared docile, and didn't look surprised in the slightest that they were with other races not of their own.

... Suddenly, I don't want to try these rides anymore.

There were several Mechera at the festival, though they had no float. Why? Because there were no floats in the Mechera culture. Most were, in fact, rather annoyed by the large vehicles blocking the road.

Hiro, Sara, and Flora had decided to participate in the event. Sure, the first two had work to do, but then again, it wasn't specifically only for them. The others could, after all, potentially handle it. And so, they all decided it was the time to have fun together.

Blaze was in the area, and drawing much attention in his armor. At the time, he was carrying a platter of food, mostly funnel cakes and the like.
Even he wondered how the hell he was going to eat it with his armor on.

Victoria was there as well, wondering what to do first. She was carrying a parasol, in order to block some of the light, and besides, she looked good with it. Assuming Church and the lot decided to come, she dragged them with her as she tried to find something interesting.

Janice was working on something near the food court(it had seats, and tables!). She was here on deployment from Plunder, and while she'd still do her job(whatever it was they'd exactly told her...She found she couldn't remember), she'd go have fun as well. Its a festival, can you blame her?

Unfortunately the tracking spell was not thrown off by teleportation. It bad been bonded to his iris's, and any event without seeing a professional could cause blindness. The guards could still see him, though he had no idea.

Kicked in the groin it took several moments for Victor to recover from that. Doubled over in pain, he could barely concentrate at the moment in time. His magic would not help him at the moment in time since this was not true pain, but something of both at the moment in time, both pain and arousal. As for the pathetic tracking spell he could disable that and he did, popping the eyeballs out of his eye sockets and growing new ones which replaced them. Stupid tracking magic spells. Well he at the moment cast a spell around himself. Any attempts of tracking magic would be foiled by what he had cast, which was essentially a redirection spell and an illusion simultaneously. He had linked the illusion onto Lucian Dolos without realizing it.

"You were right, I should leave this to the proffesionals. " With that he held out his hand, a cobalt energy forming in it that covered his hand like an aura, and a blast shot from his hand at each of the guards that was 'watching' him and hopefully the blasts would injure them at the very least.

Unfortunately for Victor, the plucking of his eyeballs did not exactly work the way it intended to. But what could it be?

His eyes fell out, but he would generate new ones. In the current moment he had a plan that would work for now and he had a plan that might work for him. Of course it depended upon how strong his magic was at the moment in time. He concentrated as of now, attempting to replace his eyeballs with new ones. New eyeballs would replace the old ones that had previously had the tracking spell linked to the iris of the eye so that it would be pure of any such spells.

His eye sight a bit dizzy in the current situation, Victor concentrated and did a spell that would dispell any spells that eh himself did not cast on himself, so that he would be free of those spells. Now he had a chance to free himself from those spells, so that he did at the moment in time, but how to pull this off?

Lucky for him, the spell was gone. Unlucky for him, the spell hadn't been the issue. It was a side affect the spell had left behind.

As he pondered the side-affect he cast a number of spells that could potentially fix any side-affects caused by the spell that had been removed, so that he would not have to deal with those. Currently Victor's temper was rising because of all that was happening at the moment in time. These idiots apparently needed to be dealt with and so he held out his hand, blue sparks shooting down his arm and changing to a blood like color, scarlet before forming an energy wave which went at the guards with the intent to hurt them.

One of those sparks flew past Denera, who yelped in surprise. Keith looked to the caster of the spell, before extending his entire arm, grabbing the guy by the collar, and forcefully pulling him in. "If you've got any. Fucking. Sense. You will stop doing whatever the hell you think your doing. If I catch you doing anything even remotely like that again, I can, and WILL, burn the flesh from your bones. Are we fucking clear?" He said gravely, digging his nails-now claws-into the person's throat just hard enough not to draw blood, before shoving him to the ground.

Pointing out the one that had caused him to have to cast such a spell, Ie the one that caused such problems for him, the one that had done the tracing spell he whispered to Keith. "Why don't you deal with him? The energy wave was aimed at him, to knock him off his high-horse so he wouldn't cast tracer type spells again. " But he would comply nontheless with the demands of a guy who was terrifying him currently. Victor's schemes were changing now to be different than usual.

Changing his eyes back to normal, Victor was frowning now. Oh, there would be hell to pay for the ones who had done this to him and he would make sure they felt the pain of a million deaths before killing the people. But first he would need to obtain more wallets so that he could prosper eventually.

Latin was the language that he had first fallen in love with, and it seemed to be just the right word for his name. It was common for Embodiment's to have a simile of their force as their name, or their name would be in another language. Anarchy, the embodiment of Chaos and Entropy as a prime example of that. He felt Kurai's power in the air, it was so opposite of Hikaru's that he picked it up so easily it actually ruined his mood. "Watch your brothers." The Devil ordered to a rough looking red-headed adult, it was Rogue, or more importantly War. Nodding slightly with a grin Rogue gathered the other four members of the family of Destruction. Koty disappeared not soon after, reappearing about ten yards from Kurai.

"What is your name, doppelganger?" The Second King of the Embodiment's asked, a puzzled look on his face.

After completely humiliating Victor Price, Kurai found herself lurking the festival grounds in wait of the people she had come to seek. Ignoring the fun and games, and only stopping to take candy from babies or cheat on games, she continued her lurking, keeping to herself the entire time. That is, until she was the one approached. By none other than what looked like her other halves lover... How interesting...

"And who is it asking?" Kurai mused, acting the ignorant one. Her golden eyes were drawn in such an expression that it gave her the look of a child playing. "Doppleganger is a very crude accusation after all. Why who am I doppleganging?"

Kurai merely ignored the God Fire. Intimidation of that type wouldn't work on someone like her. She became aroused by pain, she welcomed torture, and anything to a higher degree? Well you can only imagine. "I know everything that my better half knows." Kurai smirked. I was released, after your little ritual. Go ahead. Try to kill me." Unwrapping her wings from around herself, Kurai added, "If you can. After all." She ran a finger down the side of her face to her chin, slowly, very slowly. "I do look so much like her, don't I?" More laughter followed.

GOL guards tried to get a handle on the situation with Victor. They went around questioning people who were involved on the incident, but didn't take immediate action, seeing the situation had calmed down. Quite a few guards curiously watched the display between Destruction and Kurai, though that situation was also calming down. For the most part, everyone was still having a good time. The guards were sure not to ruin that. They wanted to make sure that the fun continued.

"Give it up, everyone, for our championship match!" an announcer at the tennis courts spoke, his voice echoing, louder, with help from a little magic. "Jusjan Jukujumey of the Vukeshaneyaco Syndicate, up against.. I'm sorry.. What's your name, sir?"

Leon Vasuta's camera now faced the beautiful marina as Leon talked about the hosting of the event, very briefly. A few GOL guards walked past him, on their way down the street. They looked kinda shady. Slowly, more and more GOL guards were disappearing. Eventually, there were a scarce amount of guards.

Yairhoff Haydenn quickly walked up to Addler Vas Vacon, shaking his hand. As he shook Mr. Vacon's hand, he slipped Vacon a small piece of paper.

"Mr. Vacon. So nice to see you. Director Mann sends his bests."

Haydenn quickly walked away, out of Vacon's sight. On the piece of paper, five words had been scribbled down, seemingly in a hurry.

"Get out of here. Now."

Nek was stopped at a street vendor's cart, looking through various T-Shirts..

Meanwhile, in the marina, the water started to mysteriously bubble.

"Thanks," the man said to Alex with a huge sigh of relief. Alex then watched him go to another traveling vender, and gave what looked to be the same deal. It wouldn't be the last time he saw the strange man, but it would be the best.

During all of the festivities of the carnival a small, negligible silver body wandered simply just...Watching. This was all SCOUT liked to do; Watch organics. Just now, it had come across what appeared to be two organics. One had suddenly sprouted wing-like extensions and another appeared of have just de-activated it's flamethrower mechanic. Yes, that must be what was going on. SCOUT watched them in silent awe.
