Tech Request: Unit SCOUT

The Unit SCOUT is a unique robot made originally by the K Empire. After gaining self awareness and being purchased by a mechanic, SCOUT was given some various upgrades and sent on it's merry way.
The key abilities of SCOUT are as follows;
The ability to assimilate and integrate compatible technology.
Camera head.
Morphing arms to become assimilated Technology.
Self-rebuild functions should it be forcibly destroyed.
Basic field and shield generators.
Small rocket boosters on the legs to enable flight.

SCOUT is powered by a basic rechargeable power core, capable of drawing on many various sources to draw energy from. It is capable of draining energy from other technology and recharging from sunlight.
