You play with fire, you get burned.

In response to the advertisement by Mann a whole new campaign was given. Sad music played in the picture as images of the poor and wounded who his money had went to help recently, were shown. Lustre was playing the pity card to a whole new degree stronger than that of Mann.((http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIuotFZnBtk))

The voice of Lustre played to the sorrowful music. He would help these people somewhat. And so he had already began to help delivering food and clothing via infiltrators and Magi-Androids disguised as him to the ones in need the most in the region and across the various Zarethian territories.

"I realize that you may all wonder what I stand for. And that some of you, though I will not name names of those involved have decided to cause me legal problems. Well to answer your question, I am a free politician bound to no government official or organization. Though I may choose a party, my goals don't fully mesh with theirs. And by the way the images you saw can be averted tomorrow by voting for me today."   The screen suddenly shifted and words began to form on the screen. A faster paced music also began to play.

Who do you want in office? The cold hearted government official, or the kind hearted free man?

A commercial of Aseron played in the area and would have a broadcast throughout the entire planet. The commercial was one that would make him popular well more popular than he already was. The plan was to make himself look better in the polls.
But how to do so would be a problem of Aseron. So he chose to play a card that he had not played as of yet in the government. Well hopefully this would not offend anyone and so the background of this commercial was his office. With the torn and broken walls and bugs on display.

"Should the people always have to be open to the government, rather than the government being open to the people?"
The government would be more open if he controlled the majority of the senate, and so he would eventually control the majority. But for now he was content to bide his time and lie in wait for when his plan would work. Honestly, he was about to ask them something that had bothered him for a while now.

"Do you want the regime to be like that of a totalarian regime? or would you prefer one similar to the one originally on earth, a democracy?"

"Vote Lustre today for democracy."

Several high ranking celebrities backed Lustre in the commercial as did some rappers, and pharmaseutical company owners, and many other businesses.

The response was generally fair, though most Zarethians knew about and respected the governments policies. They put the officials in office, and were often asked what they would do if they were in office. They recognized the neccessary evils. Another point of confusion was Earth, as most people didnt know what it was. Besides, they already had a democratic government.
There is only so much pain that can be taken before the bonds and chains of sanity are forsaken
It is in these lonesome times that we reach towards the light sublime
And from that light we pull the resolution of our time
To begin the end and start anew
