Once it was at the Armory, the Cosmic Palace would be given a complete overhaul. The palace was fused with the armory, but the process would take a while. In the mean time rail guns and other defenses were being added to the new cosmic palace that was being constructed. The old one was being examined, and all the spelled and enchanted weapons would be forcibly examined and taken apart and reconstructed to work better. For you see they had no desire for the cosmic palace to fall like it originally had and so an overhaul was in order.
Now it was the size of a city instead of what it had been originally but it was not yet big enough to pose a threat to that Frigate that had attacked. The frigate had superior tactics, which would be easily overcome by superior planning. Other additions included an emergency signal beacon and several force field generators, at least 12 or 15 of them. New magical weaponry and defendes were also added to the cosmic palace.
The cosmic palace had become not a palace anymore, but something bigger. It had become a City-Fortress, bigger than it originally had been and plenty of new toys were added thanks to the fusion of the armory with this palace it could now Order Warp to locations and attack. This was a very massive weapon that had just been constructed and finished in less than a day although the use of all modern machines and construction nanites helped.
"I christen you, the Cosmic Fortress!" said Lucien smiling. This would definitely even the odds. And when he added the finishing touches to it, well this would be even more advanced. Unlike the predecessor to it the cosmic fortress would be much harder to attack or force into hyperspace windows.
