The "charge" of space. Hell, it's hard to describe, 'kay?
 Personality:
Dodonpa has a "consistent" personality, yet, it changes depending on certain factors; (threats, situations, events, ect). He is, consistently, always thinking; always calculating, yet calm. Logic is always at the forefront of his decisions, no matter how he feels about a situation. He's kind of an odd fellow, but his oddness makes him uniquely interesting. At his best, he is strong, leading, and decisive; which are attributes that more-or-less come with the job. At his worst, he is manipulating, cold, and unforgiving.

Despite the stress of protecting space, and the everyday ulcers that he seems to contract, Dodonpa is quite a warm fellow. He's engaging, conversational, and friendly. At the same time, he is focused, determined, and protective. He knows when it's time to cut-up, and when it's time to be about it. Make no mistake; he is as serious about the preservation of space as he is about humour when he's cutting up with the galaxy's many inhabitants.

"Space; isn't it hilarious? Oh, but it's quite serious, too. Why? Look. Do you not see the many species and factions that have populated space? How long has it been since humanity, the weakest all of races, mastered space travel? Don't get me wrong; I'm no hard-ass out to stop everyone from having a good time. I'm an inhabitant of space too, in a way. But, as I'm a resident, so to am I its sole dedicated protector. These wars, these...alien abilities, all threaten to destroy or fracture space one way or another. Space is my home, my mother. And, as any son with his mother, he shall protect it with every square inch of his being. Have a nice day."
Alliance:
While his loyalties are to himself and space only, he considers those who fight on the side of "right" - and those who seek to protect/preserve outer space - to be allies on some level. Put it this way; if you aren't trying to impede his duties, he doesn't mind you. If you're what would be considered a "good guy", he fucks with you (which is good).
Biography:

 Weapons:

• His natural abilities are closely tied to space. He's a scientific/spacey mash-up.
• What he's learned from many, many millennia of observation. Be them armaments, or martial arts, he knows what's up.
  

Magic Level:
While his primary abilities are closely tied to space (which aren't magical in nature, but something else entirely), he seems to be quite adept in the magical arts. He's no stranger to magic, and is, in fact, rather proficient in its use. He could teach you how cast powerful spells. But, he doesn't use his magical talents too often; he prefers his freaky space powers.

Fears:

• The destruction/deterioration of space. Being "of space"/an incarnation of space, it can be assumed that if space is significantly damaged, or destroyed, that Dodonpa himself will be affected.
• The usurpation of space. Again, being so closely tied to space, if one managed to "take it over", it can be figured that he might find himself an object of their will.
• Making the wrong call. Though it's a part of life, Dodonpa absolutely hates making mistakes.

 Interests:

• 1. Martial Arts. The fact that lesser beings have created a means to defend themselves using their natural appendages with potentially-fatal results fascinates Dodonpa. Because of this, he has closely studies many different styles, and even developed some of his own. It's this particular interest that is responsible for his usual getup.
• 2. How the populous interacts. War, diplomacy, economy - all of that captivates his attention. From since he was "aware" of these ongoings, he has tried to develop an understanding as to how these seemingly-minor happenings keep everything moving.
• 3. Humour. He's all about the funny; all about learning new material. He often jests that if his job as a protector doesn't work out, he has comedy to fall back on.
• 4. Puzzles. He likes to crack cases and solve problems. Despite his power, he is a firm believer in the brain > brawn theory.
• 5. Others. Specifically, if there are others like him. He wonders if there are any other protectors of certain things. There has to be.

 Aspirations:

• 1. Perfection (see Fears). He strives to be perfect in every way, shape, or form.
• 2. To bring all of space into a "permanent peace"; to eliminate any and all threats. This goal is as possible as me sprouting wings and flying to the Bermuda Triangle with a hangover.
• 3. To meet all of space's "citizens"; and to establish a deep affiliation with those who do not hinder his goals. He's always said that if you don't know your neighbours, you don't know jack about your neighbourhood.
