Orpheus informed as he raised his hand, his control over the negative energies of the dimensional plane became suddenly apparent, Kurai was a negi, a being formed of negative energy. He started to twist and manipulate her very foundation, it was in fact rather painful. But to Kurai she would find it rather arousing.

(Uhh Kurai is sinful negative energy not the same negative energy as Plex or Orpheus. It wouldn't affect her.

(Uh no. Fuck that. I call total BS on that! There's 3 different types of negative energy in this RP that were named that by accident. The first being the negative energy on the negative side of the dimensional plane. The second being sinful negative energy of someones magic aka Negi's. And the third being the IRL concept of Negative Energy from black holes I requested. You're saying you can control all of those when they're completely separate things in separate categories and NOTHING to do with one another? Yeah, hell no. That would mean you could control things that aren't even relevant.)

(As I said in Orpheus' application, he can control negative energy and negativity. Sinful energy is the negative energy of a person in general, while technological negative energy is something completely different, any Sage could manipulate that, as it's just a different form of energy.)

(Orpheus' time in Plex mutated his spirit, he has great control over the negative side of the energy spectrum. From what I understand about Negi's they are the negative sides of a person, and I said in his application that he can control negative energy AND negativity. A Negi seems like pure negativity of a certain person.)

(That doesn't mean you can control them all. Another persons negativity/sin would obviously be different than his own. And it's not just of a person, K2 said it was the magic that causes the 'inner demons,' to arise. Each person would have different inner demons due to what they faced in their years to form such negativity. That does not let Orph be able to handle them all as some could be more negative than others. You SHOULD NOT be able to gain a catch-all.)

OOC: They are not completely different, just slightly different. Negative Dimensional Energy generally attracts Negative Energy of the body/soul. Meaning, negative dimensional energy can cause negis to come forth. But then, controlling negative energy wouldn't give you control over a negi, as a negi is simply born from negative energy.

Orpheus does have the ability to cause negi to get stronger, but not the ability to make them weaker. He can add negative dimensional energy to an area and intensify it in a concentrated area, thus strengthening a negi, but taking away negative energy wouldn't do anything unless the negi is just at that time coming to life.

What Orpheus did was twist, and manipulate the negative energy still in Kurai's system, this would of course cause pain. It's not like he clapped his hands and her arm fell off.

Nihil didn't do anything that Gaserlake's IAM and Negator fields already do. It's simply a magical form of it. However, what Orpheus is trying to do is to shift the composition of a character without so much as a hint of resistance. THIS I have a problem with, as it is character control.
