Dark Clay
« on: June 21, 2011, 11:16:25 AM »
The ground of this planet turned into a dark clay. Zarethians here found negis splitting off of their bodies and attacking, causing much destruction.

The destruction was limited due to the advanced preparation/training programs that the Zarethians used. The shields on the planet, however many there were, began to separate those dark beings from the normal Zarethians. Particle fields would appear in front of them and the military that was there would begin to cleanse them.

The barriers and particle fields met balls of negative energy which held them back as the negi lit fire to the planet. They began to fight against the Zarethian military, raiding their weapons as they took them down.

The empire's finest, the ZPAA were called in, the shields impenetrable to the normal weapon any anarchists would be able to find, right? The fought tooth and nail with the negi.

The shields and negative energy kept fighting each other. The negative energy started to curve the shields around the ZPAA, containing them within their own shields.

The Zarethians continued to fight, their shields resisting the negative energies as best they could. They were still effective so long as they were still effective no matter what.

The shields were resisting, but the resistance was still enough for the shields to be manipulated by the negi energy so that it would curve around Zarethian soldiers, trapping them. Negi kept fighting back. A ball of negative energy began to dig a hole into the ground.

Hunger swept over the planet, anyone around this man in black clothing fell the ground in pain, holding their stomachs as their bodies literally started to devour themselves. Negis would be paralyzed by pleasure while they died, while Zarethian soldiers seemed unaffected by Famine as he walked among the living once more. Not held back by Destruction's pact.

The shields did nothing against the Zarethian soldiers as they cheered and fought on, the negi falling back or dead. Their shields were made so that they were an aura around them. They could not be trapped.

The negi here also were falling quickly. They tried to appease their hunger by devouring Zarethians around them, but it only gave them a temporary fix. They used that to their advantage as many of the remaining negi began to merge into a supernegi, several miles tall into the ground.

Black smoke began to waft from the body of Famine, Decay was not the only one who could use this magic. It was a power they both possessed. The smoke started to decay and age the SuperNegi with extreme speed, entering it's body through it's massive orifices where it wrecked havoc on it's heart and internal organs.

The SuperNegi kept fighting, if just to buy time. He fed on negative energy to help stop the decay, and twisted the corruption to affect the Zarethians on the planet. The ball of energy kept tunneling down as the chaos ensued on the planet. In the sky, dark clouds of negative energy began to fall, crashing into the planet and lighting it on fire.

The negative energy only helped SPEED up the decay, the corruption was part negative energy in itself. It could not be slowed down by the Negis efforts, not could it be twisted to do any bidding but Famine's. Within moments the great beast fell to the ground, dead, decayed from the inside out.

Next Famine turned to the ball of energy, the black smoke wrapping around it and pulling it back from the planet.

And that was that. The planet became Zaned once more, secured by the Zarethians and their new ally.

Before Vincent left the remaining black smoke marked the ground with a symbol from the oldest tongue.

A planet, graced by True Hunger.
