A clone of Lucien walked into a registry office where he could register to become a Zarethian Citizen and at the same time register to join the race. This would be part one of the plan that Lucien would implement in order to get himself into the senate within a reasonable amount of time. Part two would be quite more difficult for him to perform in his current condition.  "I would like to register as a citizen, and also register to join the senate race..." said the clone of Lucien while the original was busy elsewhere.

"Im sorry, but you have to have been a Zarethian citizen for at least fifteen years before you can run  for office." The robotic secretary said giving him the citizenship papers.

The clone sighed, things would not go according to plan. Mann had to be stopped now, not fifteen years from now. Filling out the papers and looking at the person who had given them the clone of Lucien asked. "Is there any way to disqualify someone from the race for sabotage if it can be proven that the person did indeed sabotage another canidate?"

The clone walked out, and began to hatch a plan. He went to the office of Lustre, and retrieved the bugs. He went to where the bomber's body would be or any traces of it for he too had his own part to play in this. Information retrieval was what the clone had to do so that the plans could function according to the desires of the IG. But Mann must not be made aware that they were onto him and his conspiracies yet.

The clone would find that the office was being searched and was locked down by guards, the bomb scene was locked down as well.

"May I enter? I am on business from Lustre." said the clone. It had to find the bugs. And then it remembered. The ship. It started to walk towards Ezra's ship that was behind the building.

"Fine." He pulled out a clicker and pushed a button on it. Ezra's ship lifted up into the air and flew to a not locked down field that Lustre had bought, and landed there and he teleported to it and began to go to work accessing the bugs which were kept in a bag. He began to dissect their programming with a computer he had on the ship. "Okay, let's see here...." His fingers typed across the keys at brakeneck speed. The analysis of the programming of the bugs and the source would begin soon.

The bugs self destructed.

But it was too late, he had already gotten more than enough data. The bugs were indeed hand property which meant that the hand had indeed sabotaged Lustre and so he sent emails of that to the Imperial Guardians, and to Jonathan Black to publish in the Galactic Online news.

The Galactic Times, of course, would not publish the story because it was Zarethian law that a candidate for Senator's office was to be bugged.

But the Bugs, the hand agent and other things Mann had done to discredit Lustre had been worked together into a frame job by the clone, and he sent thawt file to the IG, and to the Council and also to the Galactic Online station. One way or another, it would be dealt with.

How following Zarethian law could be considered framing was quite the question. After receiving information onf the lawful workings of Mann in the race, sent to them by an apparent Lustre supporter, an article was published in the paper for release on the next morning which spoke of the good deeds of Mann.

The no smearing rule, interpreted to mean not framing someone was also sent to Galactic Online, and the council and several other groups including the IG and the Hand.

Of course, there was no evidence that Mann had tried to frame Lustre.
