Q and A with Addler
« on: June 30, 2011, 02:03:26 PM »
"So Addler, let's move onto the first question on the list." said Hawkeye, tapping his foot impatiently. He had forgotten his watch, and his cell phone and would slap himself for that later.

"1. So what are your feelings about the various races of the galaxy?"

Addler looked at him incredoulsy. "You might as well ask how I like an individual grain of sand on the beach." He replied, sitting down in the uncomforatable chair to his left and wincing.

And from that light we pull the resolution of our time

"I've met many races, each with their own merits." Addler said, sighing inwardly. "Is there a point to your questioning?"

"Answering a question with a question may be wrong."

"How do you feel about your political groups such as the senate?"

Addler sighed. "They are useful and are for the good of the people. Democracy is an important right and helps keep overpowered tyrants from taking control." He said nonchalantly.

Addler's eyes narrowed in suspician. "That depends on whether they're doing their jobs or doing it for recreation." He said reservedly.

Addler leaned back into his seat and looked up, thinking."I think.." He began slowly. "That it would be at a nice, sandy beach with no one else there except my family. All of my family." He paused a moment, suppressing the memories of Kallen as a little girl, memories over three hundred years old. He felt a pang in his heart as they rushed past his defenses. He closed his eyes. "Just a nice, sandy beach...."

Addler brought his head down and looked at Hawk confusedly. "My view on what?"He asked.

Hawkeye sighed, and launched into an explanation about creation, destruction, emotion, time, chaos, order and the other embodiments. "Those."  He said when finished. "Are embodiments. Now what do you think of them?"

Addler's brain was buzzing with the information. "I...erm...er...WHAT?!" He said, his head attempting to absorb the info.  "I...Er...Have no opinion?"

"So what are your feelings on the two kids you have met Rev and Gen? They are incarnations, which are similar to embodiments in that they embody the force of the particular magic. Revelation is embodied by Rev, and Genesis magic by Gen.'

"Erm..." Addler started again. "They're nice, naive kids?" He said, shifting in his seat.
